It’s just a room, don’t expect too much. A supermarket is below the hotel, quite convenient. Parking is not free, 9 euro per night.

酒店位置非常好！附近就是市中心，游客如织，餐厅扎堆，博物馆350米，海边450米，总体不错。酒店就是传统宜必思，干净整洁，浴室干湿分离，房间带阳台，俩单人床拼在一起，床垫舒服，空调没有声音。美中不足的是没有牙具和饮用水，拖鞋薄如蝉翼。早餐也还不错，除了常规的西餐肉肠，还有烤三文鱼，煎的茄子辣椒西葫芦等菜，吃起来有中餐的感觉，总体感觉不错。伊拉克利翁有麦当劳和星巴克，比干尼亚和雷西姆诺配套多些，但卫生不如其他地方。最干净的是雷西姆诺。

Our stay in Ibis was good while entered the room what a spacious room , bathroom and balcony. We found the bed and pillow were comfortable too. All you can eat breakfast have a wide selection of food ,to my surprise the first day I got preserved herring and the other day it was smoked salmon. The location was great ,a walking distance within 10 minutes to the port of Heraklion, the KTEA bus terminal that travel to the Palace Knossos and other cities like Chania and Rethymno. Also it was reachable to the Venetian Fort and those shopping area. Lastly we were happy that a supermarket found nearby too.

Tolles Hotel Mitte in der Stadt Heraklion Kreta, täglich wurde das Zimmer gereinigt, das Personal war sehr freundlich, tolles Frühstück, Preis- Leistungsverhältnis unschlagbar. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

Staff were great and helpful, discounted car parking under the hotel, room was really nice. It was clean and the breakfast was a welcome addition.

Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit großem Balkon zur Hafenseite hin. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber, hatte ein großes Bad. Es gab einen Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine und einen großen Safe, in den das Notebook passte. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Einchecken ging schnell. Das Hotel ist in der Altstadt gelegen, so dass alles fußläufig erreichbar ist (Altstadt, archäologisches Museum, Hafen mit Kastell). Punktabzug gibt es von uns wegen des Frühstücks. Das Frühstück war zwar reichhaltig (bot süß und herzhaft), aber an beiden Tagen war die Eierspeise sehr, sehr salzig, dafür waren das Gemüse und die Kartoffeln geschmacklos. Allerdings ist erwähnenswert, dass oft nachgelegt wurde, so dass immer alles verfügbar war.

Everything was seamless, comfortable, clean, and roomy. Breakfast buffet was fresh and large with lots of variety. Staff was friendly and helpful. Close walking to everything!
