We had a great stay , the staff were amazing and the hotel was great, we also thought the the breakfast was great and really good value, we would certainly like to go back

Estuvimos tres dias en el hotel Cidade de Olhao. La atención del personal fue excelente, resolvieron de buena manera un error mio en la reservación. La habitación bastante cómoda, el desayuno muy bueno. El hotel está a distancia caminable de la estación ferroviaria y de los lugares de interés turístico. Todo bien. Es una buena opción de rango medio en Olhao.

The room was ideal with kitchenette included, and the small pool was calm and convenient. The brief buffet breakfast was managed smoothly and a lovely start to the day for a long weekend break on the Algarve

This hotel is made great by its super helpful and nice staff. Everyone at reception was soo nice and the cleaning staff too. Anything we needed the mostly female staff would help us. The pool was a huge win with my daughter, deep enough and just the right temperature. There were always sun loungers available and air con worked really well. The rooms are small but nicely decorated and modern. At night it was very quiet being closer to the edges of town but only a ten minute walk away from the main Marina. I would love to stay there again when I go back to Olhao.

Chambres spacieuses et très propres. Petit déjeuner buffet varié très convenable. Parking assez facile en mai dans les rues adjacentes. Possibilité d’aller sur le front de mer à pied (centre ville) en 15/20 mn environ. Piscine en centre ville appréciable.

Hotel bien situé, juste à côté de la gare tout en étant à proximité du cœur historique. Tout le personnel est très agréable et serviable. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très bien. Les chambres sont propres, modernes et spacieuse. Enfin le coin piscine est sympa. Rapport qualité prix excellent.

Very clean room, friendly staff on 24/7. The outdoor pool was nice but a bit cold by the time we used it in the evening. Great location to enjoy Olhao

Clean Clean Clean! Staff is absolutely wonderful! Jessica was extra helpful! I would definitely stay again! The breakfast was wonderful… I have a fear of small elevators… The sweetest gal who worked in housekeeping actually accompanied me on the elevator to ensure me it was okay! ( I had a scary experience in Barcelona last Summer on a tiny elevator) The elevator works great and is fast and efficient! Amazing little boutique hotel experience!

We booked this hotel for one night at the end of a three week trip. We arrived on a Sunday late evening after a long drive from Lisbon. Parking was very hard to find and had to walk a long way back to the hotel. Our room had a kettle and cups but no tea or coffee .When I went to reception to ask for tea and coffee I was told I could purchase some from them!!! or bring my own? We are global travellers and irrespective of hotel class where a kettle was provided there would be tea /coffee, I would have to purchase a box of tea bags a carton of milk and a packet of sugar. We were flying back home next morning making this a waste of money. The floor of our room was dirty under foot when you walk in bare feet. I later enquired about about the price of their wine and the prices were astronomical considering Portuguese wine is so reasonable this was taking the proverbial. The cooked breakfast was a bit disappointing, scrambled eggs very runny, bacon not real" bacon" no sausages, mushrooms or tomatoes . In a nutshell disappointing all around . Wouldn't go back and wouldn't recommend.

Had such a great stay here - really impressed overall. The hotel was lovely and clean, the room was perfect, and it was so nice having the pool to relax by. The location is ideal too, just a 10 minute walk down to the waterfront. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Such good value for money as well. Honestly couldn’t fault it and would happily stay again.

The breakfast was very good, the pool is very well maintained. The staff is extremely helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable.

Amazing hotel with great staff

A wonderful little hotel in an ideal location. Room was lovely and the hotel was super clean. The staff were amazing and the breakfast was great (I'm a vegetarian.) Pool was so nice, and also very clean. Close to the town centre, harbour and famous markets. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Bus stop less than 1 min walk away, train station about 4 mins walk. Ferries about 10 mins walk to nearby islands. Highly recommend this hotel, and will definitely return.
