老城中心，位置超好。汽车总站沿海滨大道走一下就到。就在购物中心上方，没有其它评论说的吵杂声，全程最低价的酒店，但舒适度排前列，但WIFI信号弱到不能用

Inconvenient and hard to find the property. Parking was off site and hard to get too.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. It is right at the edge of old town. Very easy to navigate. Hotels.com should not allow to call this place a 4star hotel. Maybe back in the 80s it was, but not by today's standards. I'm not even mad cause you get what you paid for I guess. Not gonna lie though, i was expecting it to be really really really really bad after reading the reviews. The decor could really use an upgrade. The hotel is located on a third floor of an abandoned mall. The pictures online are not the same at all.

Very difficult to find the doors and reception area.

DO NOT BOOK!!! This isn’t a hotel stay, it’s a construction zone. The mall side is under heavy renovation and the only way in is a back entrance shared with the work site. You pass dumpsters, parked cars, and graffiti just to reach the door. Outside lighting is basically just streetlights, and inside the motion sensors don’t kick on until you’re at the elevator, so you’re walking dark hallways. It feels unsafe and neglected. Credit where it’s due, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very basic, just the essentials and old furniture, basically a place to crash. I had a bed, but I didn’t feel safe.

No tiene estacionamiento, si llevas coche si es problema, no funcionaba la entrada, teníamos que entrar por la parte de atrás muy feo y sucio, ubicación buena para caminar por el centro. Los cuartos bien.

Hotel en estado de abandono externo con entrada por callejón insalubre.Situación en centro comercial abandonado de lo cual no te informan.Habitacion con desperfectos,ruido externo y falta de limpieza.Poca seguridad.No hay personal a partir de las 22:00 con puerta abierta a la calle.No cumple los requisitos de la categoría mencionada.Informacion sobre checking llega tarde.El check out es demasiado temprano.

Gran lugar dentro de las murallas. Muy cómodo.

Big rooms were nice, friendly staff. The worst entrence ever thrue a dirty alley and backdoor. A two star hotel.

We ended up leaving our luggage in the room and finding a different hotel room for our one night stay. Did not realize the rooms sit on top of a huge nightclub that ends at 5am. There was also an “incident” that broke the elevator. Grateful they had access to a different elevator…but this isn’t a great place to stay unless you’re stumbling up from the nightclub looking for a room.

Central location

Generally good place to stay, central as it gets. Staff helpful, arranged airport transfers for us. Out of hours check in wasn’t a problem. Communal areas in need of some TLC but rooms were recently modernised.

Amazing location

Rooms were fine however we specified at time of booking and again 5 days prior to stay that we required a baby cot. There was no cot in the room on arrival. We requested one and were told one would be put in the room. When we returned to the room it was not there and there was nobody in reception to ask. We phoned the hotel manager who said he would deliver one, now 11pm approx and needing somewhere for baby to sleep. Eventually a cot was delivered but it was broken and unsafe for baby to use. Baby had nowhere to sleep which was unacceptable. Could not therefore recommend using this hotel if travelling with a child.

The bathroom and bed were clean but there was a big stain on the sofa. Automatic check- in was ok but we would have struggled if we had not been brought by a TAXI that was booked via the hotel. TAXI was great

Insgesamt war sehr gut!. Erreichbar zu Fuß von Busbahnhof und Service war sehr gut und freundlich. Die Sauberkeit is Super aber schade mein Zimmer hat ganz ganz oben Fenstern. Aber trotzdem empfehle ich.
