The hotel is super cute, the front desk people were kind and welcoming. I think it’s a little weird that for a hotel so close to the airport the desk is not open 24/7. We were at dinner in town and had to rush back to check in by 9:30. I wouldn’t say that is a negative just something weird to me. I would definitely stay there again but just plan differently. We had an early flight so becoming close was great in the AM.

Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and great breakfast. The only thing we didn't like was no air conditioning available in our rooms.

Great place but a bit outdated, was excellent for stay with kiddos

Nice clean and quite hotel within 10 min easy bus ride to airport- perfect for those early morning flights. I like that it had a fridge and mini kitchen in the room, and fans for the hot days. beds and linens very good quality. Big bonus...there is a great bar and restaurant at the sports complex next door too- 2 mins walk at most. Recommended!

Perfect for overnight at Airport

Perfect for reasonable money

We booked 3 apartments for night stopover. Arrived sunday evening after 10pm and had issues getting through to anyone to do check-in, had to ring a mobile n: that went straight to voice mail and after 30minute the even receptionist turned up. In one of the apartments we found a container with rotting food in the microwave the and the other apartment the door to the bathroom was jamming to the floor. Wouldn't take much to get this hotel to better standard if maintenance and reception staff get more training. Breakfast was very good

Was a place to rest our heads but not very clean, bathroom smelt heavily of sewage. Not one to leave a bad review, just honest.

For the price, the hotel is ok. I was bugged by a very loud fan noise which could not be turned off, which I believe was part of the ventilation system, and therefore had to sleep with earplugs. They seem to have run out of pillow cases so the well-used pillows were wrapped in sheets, which was not ideal. Overall, pretty soulless, but survivable for a night. I would not stay again.

A previous guest had been smoking in the room. There were ashes in the window sill, outside the window, cigarette burns and the room smelt of smoke. I was disappointed when I shared photos with the front desk worker the next morning and she only shrugged her shoulders. We will not stay with this chain again

I stayed 9 nights. The only positive was the amount of space. The room wasn’t cleaned once during my stay. No new towels or sheets. I don’t expect these services everyday but during a longer stay like mine a believe at least the bathroom should have been cleaned. I can’t bring a vacuum cleaner or cleaning products with me. Breakfast was limited.

Big spaces in the rooms. Well equipped. The pool and gym very nice. Breakfast was great!!

Clean and comfortable , great for the airport will stay again

The service is polite. Spacious, quiet and very clean room. Good breakfast. Swimming pool and parking. A few minutes from a large shopping centre, an airport and the Bordeaux ring road. Excellent hotel.

A few obvious repairs should have been performed in the bathroom. No air conditioning. Some of the staff were not overly friendly. The unit had a kitchen which would have been convenient if we were staying longer. Room was generally clean bed was comfortable. We could stay here again.

The hotel was really clean. It had a nice pool and fitness room. However, the location was horrible. The restaurant next door was closed for holiday so we ended up not eating because the closest restaurant or grocery store was a 45 minute walk away. We tried to walk but the sidewalks ended and you were just waiting to get hit by a car. The restaurant next store said they opened at 630 pm but never did.

Overall ok for an overnight, but service and breakfast were very poor. Nobody speaks English in the hotel, and the breakfast was just ok. Bread but no toaster, juice machines not working.

Close to the airport, clean, quiet area. There is no air-condition in the room.
