Fantastic spot. The staff were amazing. The pool is very useful during the hot summer months. Great hub to visit the northern part of Mallorca with a great city centre.

I loved this hotel! It’s so conveniently located in the middle of the old town of soller right next to the tram to the port and historic train to Palma. It’s still extremely quiet though at night! They cleaned our room every day. The pool is beautiful! The staff was extremely helpful and called us a cab on our last day. Highly recommend!

Perfect location in the heart of Soller. Great to be able to walk to the farmers market, plaza with restaurants at night, and jump on the trolley within a few steps. Breakfast was great with hand squeezed orange juice. Room and bathroom were big and was the perfect place to stay. The staff is incredible, so sweet with recommendations and went above and beyond. Even drove our car to the public parking lot, and walked back during a heatwave. Which helped us avoid confusing road signs with all the one way traffic that phone navigation isn't updated. Will recommend this place and stay to everyone that wants to experience the Soller charm!

Amazing location around the corner from the soller tram stop, easy to get to for confident drivers and the front staff were so helpful booking the parking for us. When we got there we were given a welcome drink and helped to our room which was well air conditioned and spacious. Genuinely wish we’d stayed longer, this place was beautiful! The pool was perfect for an afternoon dip

Nettes und aufmerksames Personal, besonders beim Frühstück und beim Abendessen. Zimmer gut klimatisiert, leider hat der “Sleep Mode” der Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer nicht funktioniert. Betten für meinen Geschmack nicht ganz bequem. Ansonsten ein gemütliches Hotel mit toller Lage und Charme.

Top Unterkunft in bester Lage von Soller! Soller ist etwas klein daher würde ich für einen längeren Aufenthalt einen Roller bei Viento Scooters mieten.

We had a room (304) right at the top of the building so didn’t have a view to comment on. However, the room was very clean and bright. Good size mirrors in bathroom and bedroom. Air conditioning great when it got going - when we first arrived it wasn’t on so the room was extremely hot (worse as you went up the stairs levels) but it did kick in overnight and was fine the rest of our stay. The breakfast was good - only continental breakfast (nothing hot except toast) but it was of good quality. Coffee (Americano) good too. The staff were very helpful and when we had questions of places we wanted to visit they had in depth knowledge and gave us easy to understand information. The pool is very small and there are only 6 loungers in total but we didn’t come for this. We spent a lot of time out of the hotel, visiting the local area and a bit further. We would definitely return. Thank you Hotel Guía.

Great staff!! The staff are so friendly and helpful. This hotel is in a perfect location. Parking in town is difficult and I paid to park in their off site lot which worked very well.

Location great. Loved the courtyard for breakfast. Buses and train very easily accessible to surrounding towns. Tucked away behind the gorgeous church. Was wonderful to walk two blocks down to center in front of church with plenty of restaurants . Breakfast great, staff wonderful .

Verzorgd ontbijt, behulpzaam personeel, kamer en andere plaatsen tip top. Ik kom zeker terug! Tip: Beter met bus, trein of taxi naar hier komen. Het hotel ligt vlak bij het stationnetje en heeft geen eigen parking. Onmogelijk om dichtbij te parkeren. Gelukkig heeft Chelsea, receptionist, mij kunnen helpen.

The staff here were amazing. They went above and beyond for us on several occasions. The perfect location to enjoy Sòller and the surrounding towns.
