早餐（自助餐）的熱食比較少，而且質素好一般，工作人員好像不足應付客人的要求，點了附加食品要等很久和一再催促才送上！

Good view, good service. A nice tour in ChongQing.

這次到重慶出差，因為要找離客戶近的加上價格合理的，就選中了尼依格羅酒店。這是一間非常新的酒店，到了酒店要辦理入住的時候，門口服務人員說要到62樓，一開始以為是聽錯了，結果櫃台真的是在62樓，然後是安排在60樓的房間。第一次住那麼高，還蠻新鮮的。房間蠻大的，還免費招待2顆Nespresso咖啡膠囊，房務人員服務態度也很棒。美中不足的是，就是由馬路到大門口的車道太小，雖然是單行道，但是常會有車子不守規則逆向行駛，而且行人要到馬路也是和車子共用車道有點危險。

很舒服的酒店，景致也很好，国金中心的地段也很方便。可能就是酒店的电梯稍微有点难找，在商场要逛一会才能找到

酒店设计不错的，但我的房间在22号，要走好远好远，把所有房间都绕了一圈才到房间，从来没见过这种设计，一般是两边都可以走，把酒店的房间一分为二，方便快速到达房间。

超大的落地窗玻璃和舒适的沙发，让人就想躺在沙发上安安静静的看一天风景

面江房的景色很好,樓下就是商場和超市,很方便,樓下商場和餐廳早上10點才開,如果不想在酒店餐廳用餐,可叫車到北濱路上有很多餐廳!酒店的員工都很友善,很樂意提供資訊和協助!

非常不错的酒店，尤其是游泳池，里面还有小按摩池可以用来放松，很舒服。

The hotel is in the new financial district. Most of the touristy places are couple of subway stops away and with the subway station located below the hotel, it's convenient. Another thing about the convenience is the mall - with high end as well as regular stores, grocery, and food court.Its a great location. The only issue with he room was the slight smell from the bathroom. Also my issue was I like my hotel rooms cool/cold - wasn't allowed to adjust below 23 C. Mostly very happy with the hotel.

滞在は、１人にしてて友人が泊まる事になったのですが、その時のフロントの対応がもう少し良ければ、嬉しかったです。 掃除の時間にまだ寝ていて後から掃除して貰えてるのかと思ったら帰ったら掃除されて無く残念でした。 アメニティとタオルだけでも良いので置いてあったら好印象でした。 立地、外観共に素晴らしいです。

何も言いたくない、今まで一番災厄の旅、このホテル二度と住みたくない。

Amazing views

The rooms are same as Chengdu Niccolo but service level has lots to improve: 1) we are gold card member but they totally forgot about the welcome fruit basket, after I sent a reminder they sent us 3 apples... 2) only one restaurant which services Chinese and western cuisine, food quality definitely can't compare to Chengdu, staffs are friendly but more training is needed... 3) concierge delivered wrong luggage to our room, which honestly is the first time ever happened to us staying in a 5 star facility... 4) check-in lobby in top floor of hotel but because of the extremely high ceiling air-con makes a lot of noise, almost like staying inside a big air duct... 5) turndown service need improvement, bed was NOT turndown and curtain/blinds was not lowered down... Overall a very disappointing experience given our previous enjoyable stay in Chengdu & Hong Kong.

its alright, not that exciting and not that promising, but it is a room to sleep in.

I had a bad experience of staying at this hotel for two nights, The room was overheated that I could not fall asleep for the first night, the second night was even crazy that some random people came into the room in the middle of the night. Their explaination was an accident caused by their staff opened the same room for other guests.
