There was a leak from the ceiling in the bathroom. When I notified the front desk they told me there’s nothing they can do and refused to give me another room

The location is absolutely amazing. Walking distance to Iulius Mall, where you will find many many food options, pharmacies, grocery store and high-end luxury stores for any last minute shopping. The building is well maintained and clean. Space is ample in the rooms and the amenities are adequate. I would stay again and recommend the place to anyone visiting Cluj Napoca

Location was perfect for shopping & dining. Seafood restaurant across the street was excellent! Place was clean, had the basic necessities. Check-in was a breeze & there is free parking with this booking.

We only spent there one “night”, however after 24 hours, spent in airports, a clean, fresh apartment with crisp sheets at 0400 hours, a soft pillow it’s all I could ask for!

We liked that it was right next to the Iulius mall and the park so lots of dining and shopping options and a nice area to walk around. The room itself was adequate and clean. I liked the easy access because of the smart lock to enter the building and the room was the same code. Just had to take a photo of the code so we don't forget it.

Stayed for one night and had a lovely time, room was great, clean and had all the facilities we needed. So easy to get to on public transport. Local area is amazing and the view from the rooms are beautiful

The staff was incredibly helpful and nice… Also it was clean and perfect location if you don’t want the busy city center… Love it and I will definitely come back…
