Pleasantly surprised after staying at the Riyadh Ritz first few nights. I plan to stay in this hotel during my future visits.

The hotel policy is so unreasonable—they want to charge me extra for providing a bed for my 5- and 7-year-old children, even though I included them in my Expedia booking.

I had a sickness while staying at the hotel at night. Many of the staff came to the assist. Very king and responsive.

Not a fancy hotel, but well very designed, good food, and good staff. Adequate gym (small and crowded in mornings) and a rooftop pool. The location is convenient with a few coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. A good alternative to more expensive hotels downtown.

All fine except I wish the rooms were a little larger . Small for two people .
