Quaint spacious room. Staff very friendly. Packed breakfasts for days with early starts. Great value and location.

Bad air in the room and not clean shower and smell of mold

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Staff were exceptional and accommodated us for an early check-in. Our room was in a decent condition. The complimentary daily continental breakfast was a bonus during our stay.

O hotel é lindo, custo-benefício muito bom, senti falta de um frigobar e ar condicionado, visto todas as a outras qualidades do hotel. Café da manhã continental muito bom.

Hotel close to Metro and downtown only a few blocks away. Staff helpful throughout the stay. Received room on ground floor next to the courtyard, which meant noise till 9pm and also no window in room. Bathroom had a faulty toilet which would constantly flush, Shower drained really slowly. Breakfast was pretty basic and only variety was the filing of the sandwich

Habitación un poco anticuada ya los baños necesitan una reforma , el aire acondicionado es aire no acondicionado, con mucho ruido , pero el lugar es encantador y el personal muy amable y servicial. El desayuno suficiente , solo un detalle el café lo pedí con leche y me dijeron que me cobraban la leche aparte , nunca me pasó antes creo que un poco de leche no se puede cobrar en un desayuno incluido.

A cool, quaint little hotel nestled in a real neighborhood of cafes, bakeries, and shops. It was a few minutes walk to the historic downtown and all it offers. This was a nice change from the faceless sterile hotel chains.

No a/c, instead a portable machine, which doesn't cool, but makes very loud noise. Everything is old and outdated, needs renovation at least once in 50 years, no? In 4 nighrs never changed bed linens, nor towels. Do not recommend at all.

Staff was great, helped with an extra late check in and check out (providing snacks at checkout since we wouldn't be able to have breakfast). Organizing a ride to and from the airport was also easy through them. Room was clean but a bit dark and squeeky floors. Good stay overall

centrally located near subway. short walk to Lastarria and many great restaurants. Nice, helpful staff. Good WiFi and areas to use computer.

The staff were very helpful. The hotel had lots of charm and history. Breakfast was good. The location is not in a tourist part of the city which was disappointing at first but allowed us to see more of Santiago.

Hotel Casa Zañartu has a great, old-world vibe. It’s not modern, and that’s a plus. It has high ceilings, hallways with couches and paintings. It is fun, funky and comfortable. It is also in a great location in Santiago’s Historic Core — walking distance to the Plaza de Armas, Museum of Pre-Columbian Art and the Moneda Palace. There are mom-and-pop markets across the street and multiple eating options nearby, including a food truck court. For everything else the Santa Ana Metro Station is one block away.

Great location. Breakfast starts at 7:30 but it’s more like 7:45. It sucks when you have to leave for a tour at 8 and it’s not ready yet.
