Several issues made the stay extremely disappointing. The room type I booked was not the room I received, and the check-in documentation was incorrectly placed under someone else’s name. Staff communication was very poor, and there was no proper follow-up after reporting the issues. I also experienced accessibility-related concerns that were not taken seriously, and the spa never returned my calls despite multiple attempts. Overall, the service, the miscommunication, and the handling of my concerns did not meet the standards expected for the price paid.
