L'accès à la piscine et au spa est payant. L'accès au parking est aussi payant. Stop aux abus !

Un trato inmejorable y buenas instalaciones y desayuno, quizas para poner un pero, la cama que nos tocó no era la mejor, y mas teniendo de referencia las otras veces que nos hemos alojado en este hotel

Le menu était varié et frais , une excellente cuisine ainsi qu’un bar composé d’un large choix d’alcools et soft ; beaucoup d’activité pour sportif , couples ou pour se détendre , un personnel agréable , professionnel ainsi qu’un établissement relativement propre

Das Frühstücksmenü war sehr nachhaltig gestaltet und frisch sowie biologisch top. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit und lösungsorientiert.

Le personnel est vraiment gentil (parle bien français) Le centre de spa est petit (pas assez de chaise longues et nous avons été déçu car beaucoup mais beaucoup d’enfants (- de 10ans… même des bébés)! Ça cri, ça saute, ça bouge beaucoup… rien contre ça mais pour moi spa/jacuzzi/hamman… c’est pour les grands donc dérangeant… Petit déjeuner complet copieux excellent. Leur coin bar est très sympa. Dans l’ensemble à faire

We only stayed for 1 night on our way to somewhere else but it was great, could not fault it. Check in was nice and easy. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had our evening meal in the Irish pub, the staff were really helpful and friendly and food was nice. They also had Guinness on draft which was fab. Amazing nights sleep, really quiet. We had breakfast, again very helpful staff and a great choice of breakfast items. Would definitely recommend

Petit déjeuner très copieux ,varié et fruits frais. Belle chambre calme.

Sejour parfait. Accueil et personnel très agréable et à l'écoute. Chambre spacieuse et propre, Literie très confortable. Petit-déjeuner copieux avec beaucoup de choix. Dîner sous forme de buffet et très varié avec deux viandes et deux produits de la mer proposés chaque soir et différents chaque jour. Super pour tout.

Staff, coordination, privacy, parking

Servicio muy atento, habitacion confortable y buen menu buffete tanto desayuno como cena. Buenas vistas desde la habitacion. Lo unico spa un poco caro, 15 euros y no iba el jacuzzi. Volveremos!

A very beautiful hotel, perched on the side of the mountain offering beautiful views down into the valley and across to the mountains on the other side. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern, spacious and staff keep them well maintained. The pool and spa are beautiful, truly an oasis after a chilly day out on the slopes. The hotel offers a free shuttle from Canillo up to the hotel, which is definitely a lifesaver - it’s a long old, steep walk up from the village!
