所有工作人员都非常乐于助人且反应迅速。房间很干净。

Tôi chưa nhận được 500 tệ tiền deposit khi check out. Và nhân viên không giải quyết cách thoả đáng cho tôi, bảo là thẻ visa tôi có vấn đề, tôi có đề nghị hoàn tiền cọc bằng cách khác, alipay hoặc chuyển khoản trực tiếp qua thẻ hoặc tiền mặt nhưng họ không đồng ý. Bắt phải chờ khi về việt nam. Trước khi về tôi có add wechat với khách sạn nhưng khi nhắn tin thì không một lời phản hồi. Thế là tôi đã bị mất tiền deposit rồi sao ? Ngoài chuyện này ra thì mọi thứ từ vị trí đến nhân viên dọn phòng, tiện nghi đều tốt. Sau chuyện này tôi mong khách sạn giải quyết và liên hệ tôi.

Perfect location and we are so lucky they give us free upgrade. Staff very nice and welcome for sure we will back again. Good View straight the Bund, love it.

Best best hotel di shanghai. Lokasi bener-bener strategis dekat dengan the bund (jalan 10 menit). Kamar hotel juga sangat besar dan bersih.

Nice hotel, very comfy bed. A good location. Near the bund and the famous nanjing rd. Toilet is silent, love this one so it doesn't make loud flushes when you go in the middle of the night. Room ammenities is nice too. All provided. ❤ overall is a good stay here.

Lokasi bagus, receptionist terkesan buru-buru menjelaskan ke customer. Hanya ada 1 pegawai bule yang ramah dan sabar meng-guide. Kamar kurang bersih dan tidak menyediakan odol+sikat gigi! hotel yang aneh.

超级方便。步行不到5分钟即可到达天童站3号出口。从房间窗户可以看到东方明珠塔的美景。房间宽敞。干净舒适。步行10-15分钟即可到达外滩。下次来还会住这里。
