Best spa and best massage in al Tunis. My only observation would be that the restaurants have very few vegetarian options . Every else was perfect

The property is nice and quaint, it is mostly quiet, although there appears to be a nightclub of sorts nearby which you may hear for a few hours in the night. The service from all staff is impeccable, with most going the extra mile to suit your needs. Sadly there were some negatives. Our sea view from our room was obscured by the roof of the room on the floor below. The massive stains on the carpets in our room, turndown service wasn’t a daily thing and didn’t cover the expectations despite being in a four seasons.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour au Four Season Tunis. Le personnel est très agréable, les chambres spacieuses et l’ensemble des infrastructures notamment le jardin d’oliviers surplombant la piscine est splendide. Petite parenthèse, nous été avons été un peu déçu à notre arrivée par le manque d’accueil et l’attente pour la prise en charge à la réception. Aussi, le SPA est très beau mais les soins sont un peu trop « rapide » et pas suffisamment personnalisés. Le four season est un bel hôtel pour profiter de la plage et se détendre. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est surperbe et le personnel d’une grande gentillesse. Nous recommandons cet hôtel.

One of the best views of any hotel that we've ever seen. The staff were very friendly and open to helping us when needed, the food and service was 10/10 and it was also excellent value for money. We would come back for the hotel alone!

Four seasons properties are always amazing but what sets them apart is the service which was unfortunately not up to the standard at this property. Service was slow and not attentive. However, after we pointed this out, we saw an improvement. We will be visiting again in the coming year so hopefully will see some positive change. Otherwise, the property is amazing the amenities are great and very family friendly!
