We discovered a bed bug upon getting into bed. We immediately notified the front desk staff, left the hotel, and requested a refund. We were only there for about 1 hour prior to discovering the bug. We were told it would be refunded. I have reached out to f/u 3x over the last week with no reply from mgmt. and no refund has been processed yet. I would've hoped someone from mgmt. would have responded to me by now with acknowledgement of the issue and assurance of the refund being processed.

Nice property. We had a quad room for family of four, spacious and good for the one night stay we had. Comfortable beds and good bathroom. Breakfast was nice and had sufficient options. Quick and efficient checkin and checkout. No major complaints.

We were only here for a few hours after a red-eye flight but it was great. We missed breakfast because we were exhausted however it smelt amazing!

Hotel and staff were great! Never ate in the restaurant. Just like other places too expensive. Room was very clean and very roomy. Bathroom was good. The shower was not so good VERY SLIPPERY!!! The lighting was terrible! Very dark in bathroom and sleeping area. I would come back and I would recommend it. Once the renovations of the entry are done it will be beautiful! Transportation is great to and from airport!

Convenient for an over night stay before our flight. Free parking. Didn’t use the restaurant.

Redoing the entrance so it was a bit hard to find at night. But the family room was HUGE and perfect for our needs!

We stayed here because of proximity to airport. Property looks in need of sprucing up both inside and out. It looks as if they are doing some work on the front of the hotel so we had to go in the back entrance. In the lobby, smelled strong smoke odor but that was probably because the back entrance was also where they designated smokers to go and smoke. Check in staff were polite and efficiently got us checked in. The room was large and we had ample room but it was very dark-the lighting in the room was dim especially in the bathroom. Ladies-difficult to put on makeup because of the lighting. Chair and foot stool in room both had stains on them. Restaurant-we had dinner and Breakfast which was fine. Not trying to be too critical but after being in several hotels in Iceland, you really notice the differences.

The breakfast was great and nice that is was available so early. Disappointed in the hours provided for their shuttle service. The property was under construction so going in the back door and front of the building being completely torn apart was a little concerning arriving in so late. However, once inside the property was nice and clean. Hope the renovations are complete quickly.

I was at the restaurant, find the food kind of too salty. I had a grilled lamb. There was no breakfast for the price i paid for a room, just a short stay. i checked in around 7:30 or 8:00 pm. Had dinner at the restaurant, then use the room for just a short time to sleep, check out at 9:30 am the following day. The toilet shower head is an overhead, it would be nice if it's a hand held shower. Not everyone like to wash their hair during shower.

It was nicely decorated. The restaurant ambience was great!

Is my 4th time in this hotel. Rooms are very spacious and clean, comfortable beds :) Easy parking outside and is close to the airport. The breakfast is delicious ! Will come back !

I regret staying here even for the free airport shuttle. The shuttle was late we waited outside in the bitter cold; the room was dark & dreary we called to ask for additional lamps no such luck was told all rooms are the same! Heating didn’t reach the bathroom so it was very cold. Overall the room was very uncomfortable.

Great location! Bistro had tasty meals. Spacious rooms and comfortable bed. The front of the hotel was under refurbishment so we had to use the back entrance to come and go. No problem, but it wasn’t the nicest entrance.

Rooms were okay and spacious. Best part of the room is the bathroom. Property is currently under construction so be prepared for construction sounds, no hot water, and weird smells. If you’re looking to book this hotel for the free airport shuttle it’s limited seating and it runs only from 6am-10am otherwise they will call you a taxi that cost $40USD I wouldn’t stay again.

One of my favorite stays during my trip. Very convenient location, multiple dining options nearby too. Incredibly spacious rooms and I loved staying here
