Room was basic. Few toiletries, shower not fully functional, cheap biscuits, hair drier faulty

Gorgeous room, really comfortable bed, big bathroom, attentive staff. A pleasure to stay in.

A reasonable priced city centre hotel. Staff and service was excellent. Room cleanliness especially linens could be improved. Breakfast could be improved by toaster working, also limited dairy free options.

Lovely staff and amazing location

The staff on arrival and throughout our stay were so welcoming and helpful. The room was stunning and clean.The little welcoming touches were so kind and thoughtful. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Dublin and will be recommending to friends and family.

We loved everything about the hotel. The staff were lovely, totally helpful in every way. We had stayed in the sister hotel before, and it was lovely too. Our capital city has great hotels, and we would definitely give this too ratings for sure.

Staff v helpful, lovely rooms. Breakfast on Sunday until 10:30 which is ok, so we came to have breakfast at @ 10:15 but asked to have table cleared by 10:30. Otherwise a great place to stay

Everything was great from the check in staff, to the room and the breakfast and dining room. The room is stylishly decorated and the bathroom is large with walk-in shower. The tablet was handy to request extra items such as coffee, towels etc. The dining area was just as elegant and accommodated our family gathering of 11...large table, drinks...

Lovely room, brilliant breakfast. Couple of fixtures could’ve been repaired in the room, but nothing major. All in all, very good.

All staff were really nice, friendly, helpful. Our room was ready early so was able to check in early. Nice room, clean comfortable and all amenities. A very enjoyable stay, would definitely recommend and comeback
