房間太細，活動空間有限，連一個25吋旅行篋也不能開啟，房間設計放置家居絕對出現問題，20平方竟然放了一個大衣櫃，枱子太大需旁邊有一個大空洞亦不能推入，淋浴位置三尖八角，轉身亦狹窄，所謂的窗外城市境就是熱辣辣的旁大冷氣機糟，亦會有維修人員在窗外平台來回，欠缺私穩，完全沒有隔音設備，每天晨早巳經被外出的住客及清潔人員吵醒（未夠八點），吃早餐地點是必須行出酒店外再過馬路去另一座集團酒店內進餐，極不方便。

Good location. We found the bed sheet was not clean enough, so we asked for changing. The staffs were helpful.

Great location ,very helpful staff — Vaso was the best ( receptionist ) .Breakfast at the other location next to the M metro ( 150 m ) good choice of food .İt is like home .I love it .Will come again .

We loved our stay at pop art 360! Welcome cocktail on the rooftop bar with a view of the acropolis was incredible, beds were very comfortable, and location was perfect! Steps away from Monastiraki station, so very easy to get to and from the airport and ferry ports, and excellent central location!

The hotel itself was excellent, and the location was also great being near lots of restaurants and adjacent to a major metro station. I would stay here again.

Vi upplevde att rummet i sig var fint, men badrummet levde tyvärr inte upp till standarden för en juniorsvit. Badrummet gav snarare intryck av ett enklare, cirka 3-stjärnigt hotell, bland annat på grund av den kalla belysningen. Eftersom vi hade bokat en juniorsvit med balkong hade vi förväntat oss en högre nivå på helhetsupplevelsen. Det saknades även vissa bekvämligheter som vi uppfattade skulle ingå. Till exempel fanns endast schampo och duschgel, men inget balsam. Vidare fanns ingen kaffemaskin i rummet, vilket enligt beskrivningen skulle finnas. Istället erbjöds en vattenkokare med Nescafé, vilket inte riktigt motsvarade våra förväntningar. Frukosten var tyvärr också en besvikelse. Enligt beskrivningen uppfattade vi att den skulle serveras på takterrassen, men den serverades istället inomhus på våning 3. Utsikten var visserligen mycket fin, men vi hade sett fram emot en frukost utomhus. Själva utbudet upplevdes dessutom som ganska mediokert och presentationen hade kunnat vara mer inbjudande. Sammanfattningsvis finns det positiva delar, men upplevelsen motsvarade inte riktigt de förväntningar som skapades vid bokningstillfället.

The room was large and clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Great breakfast too with views!

Ideal location. Great room with a balcony and a view of the Acropolis. Vaso at reception was a delight and very helpful with her tips on sights that are not on the usual list. Breakfast was a great variety ant the rooftop bar is the pick of the city. Will recommend highly and would definitely return. Paul and Lucy

Erinomainen aamiainen, jolla pärjäsi pitkälle iltapäivään. Huone oli siisti (sängynalus tosin hieman pölyinen) ja palvelu hotellissa ystävällistä. Päivän päätteeksi oli ihanaa rentoutua huoneen parvekkeen poreammeessa.
