Staff was helpful and friendly. Comfortable stay in an amazing location

A unique property in the center of “old” Tangier that felt authentic, comfortable, and hospitable. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing location!! Cute hotel and really good and nice staff. Water pressure in shower really good.

The Riad is very noisy. Our deluxe room was tiny. But it has an incredible view from the rooftop.

Excellent location, within walking distance of the Kasbah, city tour bus, and the ferry port. The hosts were beyond wonderful and went out of their way to help find alternative travel options after weather-related cancellations, especially when I couldn’t reach the transportation company. The service was highly customizable and personalized. I initially booked because of the location, but I would return for the exceptional hospitality.

Located in the medina in a busy area there was street noise all night. The staff were very accomodating. The room was spacious and clean. Its an old hotel with beautiful finishes. Delicious breakfast

Terribly loud all nite

Had a terrible smell (like sewage) in our room, staff was not very attentive. Never got back to us after a request we made and we were limited on time, so we let it go. Location was convenient. Has an elevator which is nice. Otherwise, would not recommend overall.

The decor and staff are wonderful. It is also in a great location. The breakfast is not as good as it used to be, however. It used to be in the main dining room and included a lively scrambled egg dish. Now only hard- boiled egg plus a lot of bread and some fruit. So please make breakfast better. Plus room number 4 is quite noisy. I would choose another for sure.

WiFi was poor. Everything else was great

First of all, my mother and I were cut with a glass on top of one of the restaurants tables; staff dismissed these. My mother bled a lot from her cut. Brought it to staff including front desk staff. 2ndly, towels seemed old and beige from not being properly washed-white origin. 3rd, toilet smell bad. Otherwise, room was nice but I do consider it too expensive for the service received.

Very recommended place, staff is very sweet and professional, always ready to help. Incredible oriental design and safe area.

Fantastic property in the Medina. Super well located and great value. Would stay again in a heartbeat. The restaurant was so good I didn’t eat elsewhere really.

Unique and authentic property with a friendly and helpful staff. The Dining room and roof top terrace were fabulous. The location is unbelievable. The bedrooms are small and dated and need some upgrades and updates.

Very comfertable, quiet, clean and very very helpful staff particularly Yousef. It is very historical building and very rich in decoration and art work The hotel is in the middle of the old town where a lot of nice cafes and restaurants around

Staff made me feel most welcome from the moment I walked through the open door. Shout out to all of the wonderful staff too numerous to mention but have to highlight Mourhit at the reception desk. Hope to return!

great location, center of the hustle & bustle. Beautiful Riad and room was gorgeous. Service personnel were very friendly. Uncovered issues with with multiple plumbing problems - shower drain was clogged; toilet had issues - and I was told, sorry, the Technician (plumber) is gone for the evening. We needed to take a shower, so we asked them for another room. After asking for a solution/remedy multiple times they gave us another room - but it was super tiny. So not only did we have the inconvenience of dealing with the issues, then we had to pack & move to another room; and we were moved to a smaller room after having paid for the suite - and nothing was taken off the bill.
