What an amazing week we’ve just had at this amazing hotel. We’ve just come back from a weeks stay at the Atlantic Mirage hotel, we booked it back in July 2024 and we were so looking forward to our stay, I then started to read some of the reviews and got a little worried, I looked at cancelling the week before our stay but would’ve lost 50% of the cost, However, I’m so glad we didn’t cancel, because this hotel is amazing, every member of staff was so polite and couldn’t do enough for you, the rooms were amazing, the gym area was a really good size, the roof top area was amazing and offered drinks and food, the pool on the ground floor was a really good size, again this area offered food & drink. The breakfast had everything, even sparkling wine & Caviar……….. The only issue we had was, the water in the shower doesn’t drain off as quick as it’s coming out the shower head, so it can start to flood the bathroom, just don’t have it on full blast and you will be ok. We loved this hotel and what it offered us so much, we booked to go back in April, we can’t wait.

Es ist nicht ganz einfach, dieses Hotel kurz zu beschreiben, da es insgesamt ein stimmiges Gesamtbild bietet – mit klaren Stärken und Verbesserungspotenzial. Besonders positiv ist das durchweg freundliche und aufmerksame Personal. Ob Rezeption oder Restaurant – man fühlt sich überall willkommen und gut betreut. Wir hatten zum ersten Mal Halbpension gebucht und waren damit sehr zufrieden. Das Abendbuffet war abwechslungsreich, frisch und ansprechend präsentiert. Die Auswahl wechselte täglich und bot genug Vielfalt, sodass wirklich jeder etwas Passendes findet. Auch hier war das Service-Team aufmerksam und herzlich. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und funktional ausgestattet. Beim Spa-Bereich hatten wir jedoch andere Erwartungen. Für ein 4-Sterne-Spa-Hotel hätten wir einen kostenfreien Zugang sowie Bademantel, Hausschuhe und eine größere Auswahl an Pflegeprodukten im Zimmer als Standard gesehen. Der kostenpflichtige Zugang passt für uns nicht ganz zum Konzept. Insgesamt ist das Hotel dennoch eine gute Wahl – vor allem wegen des hervorragenden Service und der überzeugenden Gastronomie.

Essen war sehr gut. Personal war freundlich, bis auf Rezeption. Das Zimmer war einen behindertgerechtes Zimmer, so sah es auch aus. Dusche ohne Abtrennung, halber Kleiderschrank, Steckdosen unten, Waschtisch nur einer usw. Das Zimmer hat uns überhaupt nicht gefallen. Das Hotel ist seht hellhörig.

Lovely hotel overall. Few things I’d have liked. Gym open earlier, pool open earlier. Also the shower overflowed constantly, no tea/coffee in the room.

Greit og rent, men kaos og rot ved frokosten og resepsjonen var lite imøtekommende. Flott beliggenhet, men blir nok noe annet en neste gang.

Fantastic stay, obviously the views are breath taking (Teide covered in snow on one side, the ocean on the other side!) but the hotel itself is also run to a high standard, with every single member of staff we interacted with being incredibly helpful, accommodating and kind.

Room was spacious and clean, with a wonderful ocean view.

This hotel was the final stop of our Tenerife holiday, and we stayed for two nights and absolutely loved it. We didn’t spend much time in the hotel as we had a planned route and were out during the day, but starting each morning with a wonderful open-buffet breakfast included in our reservation made our days even better. The friendly, helpful and kind staff truly enhanced our experience. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and our room was beautifully designed with a modern, stylish interior and a stunning ocean view. At the end of the day, relaxing in the rooftop hot tub while enjoying delicious cocktails and that incredible view was the perfect way to unwind. The overall guest atmosphere was calm and refined, which made our stay feel even more special. In the evenings, we enjoyed the Mediterranean vibe and Latin music at local pubs within walking distance. One evening, we also had dinner at the hotel and were very pleased with the wide variety and high quality of the menu. We are truly happy that we chose this hotel to spend the final days of our holiday. Thank you to the entire team for being part of our beautiful memories.

La habitacion estaba muy limpia, como nos gusta. Todo muy bien cuidado y la atencion excelente.

Bel Hôtel, ascenseur inadapté ( date d’avant le réfit de l’hôtel, la climatisation inreglable, toujours du Froid même en mode chaud ) Déjà des éclairages non fonctionnels dans la chambre. Arrivée à partir de 16h, on demande à aller au Spsa (payant 15€ par personne puisque le rooftop est fermé par cause de mauvais temps alors que l’en entend les rooftop des hôtels voisin. Bref ça c’est pas top

The room was nice and spacious. The reception’s recommended restaurante for dinner was also fantastic.
