很喜欢早餐的水果，选择很丰富

住宿整體清潔，地點非常好！工作人員亦協助報了半日的酒莊遊及預約的士到機場，價錢與自己找的相約，沒有特別貴！住宿可考慮每間房均提供風筒，而冼手盤的去水亦須改善！

This hotel is located in quiet area but close to metro station, and there's a tourist information just nearby. Also not far from cable car station Oasis and Sky Costanera, about 20 minutes walk. Most of the staffs are helpful. Room is clean and comfortable. Only the elevator in the hotel is the big problem - when you use the elevator, you need to contact with the room key but it's always not work. If you are lucky the staff will assist, but if you go to the 2nd floor restaurant from your room it can be an issue.

感覺很舒適的酒店，房間size大小適中及乾淨；行去主要景點Cristobal山纜車站及最高建築物Sky Constanera也不遠，約需20分鐘。酒店職員友善及樂於助人，只是有時會過份sell酒店服務，例如機場接送及除夕大餐等。另外使用酒店電梯時因為需要拍房門咭出入，但是不知為何使用時總是出現問題？很不方便

The service was unexpectedly well! The bellboy was so helpful and introduced the room facilities to us clearly. He also borrowed his umbrella to us in case of raining. The cleaning was good.

The hotel room size is just ok but all the furniture are so new style and clean. All the device is really good. Recommend to stay! The first floor has the oxxo convenient store. Good to shop’

Quarto limpo porém com poeira nas grades do ar condicionado, cafe da manhã ótimo.

Great location great service only missing water bottles in the room .they should provide complimentary water for each guest in their room.

The rooms are a nice size. Staff speak English well. Beds were comfortable. Ate at restaurant. The breakfast was good. Dinner has a good menu and food is good. The location is close to the old town core, Plaza de Armas. You can walk it, subway or take a taxi/ride share from the hotel location for a minimal cost. The taxi, what we used, was $15.00 Canadian the subway now accepts foreign credit cards for purchase of subway tickets that started in March, 2026

Entrega exatamente o que foi proposto. Hotel bem localizado, limpeza muito boa, funcionários muito educados. Café da manhã bom.

Tudo otimo

Fica perto de tudo, ficaria nesse hotel novamente. A cama é muito confortável, a equipe muito simpática, nao tem barulho, o chuveiro quentinho e as van de passeio passam por la.

I would avoid this hotel at all cost. Robbers and thieves operate freely. Our luggage was stolen whilst checking out right infront of 3 reception staff who did nothing to stop it happening!!!!. They were also very reluctant to assist us when we asked them to call the police!!!. Our passports,credit cards,money mobile phone and ipad were stolen. We did not even receive any assistance from the hotel staff or management. I would definately never stay here there is something very bad going on at this hotel.

Clean, quiet room of adequate size. TV was limited and difficult to work, but not used much. Minimal amenities in the room but adequate. Breakfast great for Chile. Staff available and knowledgable.

Tudo perfeito! Instalações modernas, limpeza impecável, café da manhã muito bem servido e com várias opções saudáveis. Além de estar bem localizado no bairro da Providência, próximo a duas estações de metrô. Equipe muito cordial e prestativa. Voltaremos com certeza!

Mesmo sendo VIP na hoteis.com, parece que me colocaram no pior quarto. Mas fora isso, o hotel não tem nada demais, mas tem uma cama maravilhosa e um bom café da manhã (com proteína). Essa foi minha segunda estadia aqui, mas só a fiz porque o desconto era muito bom.
