很喜欢早餐的水果，选择很丰富

住宿整體清潔，地點非常好！工作人員亦協助報了半日的酒莊遊及預約的士到機場，價錢與自己找的相約，沒有特別貴！住宿可考慮每間房均提供風筒，而冼手盤的去水亦須改善！

This hotel is located in quiet area but close to metro station, and there's a tourist information just nearby. Also not far from cable car station Oasis and Sky Costanera, about 20 minutes walk. Most of the staffs are helpful. Room is clean and comfortable. Only the elevator in the hotel is the big problem - when you use the elevator, you need to contact with the room key but it's always not work. If you are lucky the staff will assist, but if you go to the 2nd floor restaurant from your room it can be an issue.

感覺很舒適的酒店，房間size大小適中及乾淨；行去主要景點Cristobal山纜車站及最高建築物Sky Constanera也不遠，約需20分鐘。酒店職員友善及樂於助人，只是有時會過份sell酒店服務，例如機場接送及除夕大餐等。另外使用酒店電梯時因為需要拍房門咭出入，但是不知為何使用時總是出現問題？很不方便

The service was unexpectedly well! The bellboy was so helpful and introduced the room facilities to us clearly. He also borrowed his umbrella to us in case of raining. The cleaning was good.

The hotel room size is just ok but all the furniture are so new style and clean. All the device is really good. Recommend to stay! The first floor has the oxxo convenient store. Good to shop’

這間飯店位於市中心，離地鐵一號線不遠，附近餐廳和生活機能佳。接待人員親切且很快就辦好入住程序，用英文溝通無礙。房間很新且乾淨。我有加購早餐，是自助吧，食物多樣。整體而言這次體驗非常好。

hotel excelente, boa localização e muito bem arrumado. equipe prestativa e atenciosa! melhor parte: eles deixam o café organizado pra você buscar na recepção se tiver um passeio cedo, então vale muito a pena.

Excellent staff on front desk. Leant me a phone charger. Clean room. Strong powerful shower. Would stay again. Good price. In the middle of two metro stops. Each one about a 7 min walk away.

Excelente hotel.

En general el hotel es de primera. La limpieza y la atencion son de alta calidad. No obstante, al realizar la recerva se me dijo por lo que yo entendi que el desayuno estaba incluido, pero cuando llegamos nos dijeron que no era asi. Lo cual genero una molestia. Pero el resto, todo bien. Lo recomiendo.

部屋は清潔で冷蔵庫やケトル、金庫が備わっていた。シャワーのお湯と量も問題なし。 窓からはサンクリストバルの丘が見えた。 場所は少し最寄り駅から歩きますが5、6分なので許容範囲。周囲の治安も良さそうだった。

Hotel excelente, com uma localização privilegiada. Os funcionários do hotel são muito solícitos e bastante flexíveis quanto às nossas necessidades. Quartos limpos e café da manhã gostoso. Ótima escolha para quem quer conforto e praticidade no bairro mais charmoso de Santiago!
