The hotel is ok, but the staff is not very helpful

We driven to Vilnius from Siauliai city, it tooks us almost three hours. The hotel looks not big but inside the room is nice, reception lady very kind and provide us enough information. We also had a nice breakfast there. So far all good, but one thing is there's a bit noise during the night, which made me a sleepless night. Hope this can be better in future.

Hotel incrível, bem localizado e com um atendimento atencioso. Café da manhã incluído muito bom e uma caridade excelente. Os quartos são incríveis, espaçosos, limpos e com roupas de cama de excelente qualidade. A localização é excelente, perto de tudo para quem quer conhecer Vílnius a pé ou de transporte público ou privado.

Dejligt hotel, meget centralt pladderet, men gode værelser og søde personale. Morgenmad var skøn, vi har intet at klage over!

Very comfortable, well located hotel.

The hotel's location is excellent. It was very quiet because it was winter. The only issue was that a 4-star hotel room didn't offer two bottles of water for free. The reason given was that we hadn't booked directly with them. There were chips, peanuts, beer, and water on the table, but everything was chargeable. Also, everything in the mini-bar was chargeable. If these issues are not a problem, it's a nice hotel.

We had superior rooms and really enjoyed ourselves.

The room was very spacious, clean and well decorated. I had also requested a crib for my toddler and everything was set up before my arrival. Im very pleased to have stayed at this hotel with my family

Very welcoming.

Schönes, gepflegtes Hotel in guter Lage zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten in und rund um die Altstadt. Die Matratzen waren allerdings erneuerungsbedürftig und im Frühstücksraum gab es mitunter in Stoßzeiten Platzprobleme.

Belle chambre, excellent emplacement Un bémol un membre du personnel etait encore à l'époque soviétique. Beaucoup de poses cigarette et très peu de sourires

Great location close to central part of the city, nice room, good shower and helpful staff. Breakfast okay, not spectacular…

Beautiful hotel in a very central location, 5 minutes walk from Cathedral square. Parking available but opposite the hotel, but it’s on a grass/mud so you might have to drag your suitcase through the mud if it’s wet. It costs 12 euros per day I think. Good value given there’s no fee parking in the city centre. The room was spacious and beautiful. Beds comfortable (we both have back issues and we found the bed to be OK). Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice and spacious bathroom with good toiletries. Would stay here again.
