由于体验极其糟糕，这绝对是我们最后一次入住这家度假村。我为家人预订了两间房。不幸的是，两间房都存在严重的问题，这些问题本应在客人入住前就被发现。首先，1号树屋的淋浴只有热水，因为冷水龙头卡住了，无法打开。我们反映问题后，等了30多分钟才有技术人员来修理。如此基本的维护问题本应在房间分配给客人之前就被发现并解决。其次，通往2号树屋的楼梯灯坏了。这造成了严重的安全隐患，尤其是我带着孩子出行。投诉后，我和孩子们在另一个房间里等了一个多小时，希望能得到度假村工作人员的回复。然而，没有人联系我们告知维修进度，也没有人告知我们问题是否无法解决。孩子们最终在等待中睡着了。最令人沮丧的是，度假村完全没有与我们沟通，也没有采取任何后续行动。我是在亲自询问一位恰巧路过的保安后才得知这个问题无法解决的。这反映出度假村在保障客人安全方面存在疏忽。从晚上7点到10点半，通往树屋的楼梯一直没有照明，而我们当时正在外面吃晚饭，之后需要回房间。令人担忧的是，似乎没有任何工作人员注意到或处理如此明显的安全隐患。虽然房间本身有照明，但通往树屋的楼梯却一片漆黑，这对客人，尤其是带孩子的家庭来说，是一个很大的安全隐患。尽管保安提出可以用手电筒带我们去2号房间，但我拒绝了，因为我觉得不安全；由于没有照明，确实存在滑倒或摔倒的风险。结果，我们六个人不得不挤在1号房间里，尽管我们预订的是两间房。

Wrong information through your website. The room bed type actual is single bed, but your website shown twin bed.

I came with my family. The cabin smells awfull. Bed was not clean. Linen has a red stain on it. The floor felt sandy. The cabin had nothing in it. Except for fridge, chair and bed. The food choice was poor. They did not refill the food when requested. Their excuse is the food already finish. My mom did not have her meals. Quite disappointed with the experience. Overall the stay was terrible but the staff were friendly.

More close to nature. Just that people can easily sneak in if you put things in the cabin. The food is nice.

Untuk informasi...alangkah lebih baik ada kendaraan yang berfungsi untuk membawa tamu ke kabin. mengingat saya kemaren membawa orangtua dan sedikit kesusahan untuk naik ke tempat kami menginap. dan kemaren kami memesan kamar AC, ternyata AC nya tidak berfungsi. Kendala komunikasi tempat kami dengan resepsionis, karena tempat kami menginap cukup jauh dari resepsionis. seharusnya di sediakan line telefon ke resepsionisnya.
