Hello there Up on checking, no electricity in the room. Air condition - panel on the wall was broken and very dangerous to touch. When I tried to adjust the temperature the aircon holder ripped off and noticed it wasn't screwed at all with holder! There was NO remote control to operate, operation only by the above said wall socket with broken buttons and unscrew socket! Very big safety threat! Shower area, shower head and shower hose are very dirty, not clean. Its a hygiene issue! I cleaned the shower area and shower with the shower gel and removed shower head from the hose for me to get ready and go out for my day. I didnt had time to go back reception and report the issues at that time of afternoon. I was held up with electric issue upon check in and I was running late for my meeting. At night, when i came back to hotel manager wasn't around to report the issue. I managed to report the above said issue upon check out with the manager. He inspect ther room and acknowledged the raised issues and apologized. I told him, will raise the issue through Traveloka and claim full refund for that night or complimentary stay for future. He agreed with my decision and waiting for the firmal complain through Traveloka. I'm staying with this property chains since 26.11.2024. So, manager aware me and very understanding when I raised the issue. kindly help me to get full refund or a complimentary stay for a night in future. Look forward to hearing from you ASAP. Very nice hotel to stay. Very recommend.

Very bad place. The room are stinky. The bed was not clean. Have stain at bed sheet. And the worst part my wife and daughter had a skin infection. Not suitable for anyone has sensitive skin and astma.

Sinki tersumbat, bilik tak ber mop, koridor penuh sampah, seterika dari level bawah saya naik tangga sampai atas semua tidak ada (kosong). Terpaksa minta dengan house keeping. Penyambut tetamu tiada adab.tiada budi bahasa. Minta deposit pun tiada adab. Nak cakap terima kasih pun tiada. Senyum pun tiada. Tidak sopan. Tolong perbaiki servis. Saya bercakap berdasarkan pengalaman yang nyata. Tiada dusta. Terima kasih

Bilik berbau, murah tu murah, tapi bilik tak selesa. Bau kuat sangat, cadar tilam pun macam tak tukar ja.

Bedsheet feels itchy, and there are cockroaches at the bathroom. The water pressure too sluggish.. I in errands that time; otherwise, I shall snap a picture and share here. Please solve the issue accordingly.

The hotel had everything I needed for my 3 night stay. Bed, warm shower, ac. For the price I had, it was OK. the bed was ok, pretty soft, quite spacious for me because I booked a 2 person room but stayed alone. some dissatisfaction would be with the bedsheets and blanket. I was staying alone so I only used one bed and it was clean enough just a few old stain marks but no smell but the other bed had yellowish stain and smelled a bit funny. I had no problem with it just that if two people were staying together, they would need to ask for a change of bedsheets. Another one would be the sink faucet. It was loose and I had to hold it with two hands to use it, a bit inconvenient but functioning well. the bedroom lights were quite dim so mosquitoes would come in and attack me if I'm not under the covers. The WiFi is very fast but it closes off after 11:30pm like that until the next morning. The walls are quite thin so you might hear your next room's noises. But the hotel receptionist was quite helpful and gave clear instructions and directions to the train station, how to get a touch and go card, etc. All in all, if you're on a budget and you need to be close to the Mines and you're not very picky, just need a place to sleep, this is for you.

Kamarnya sangat sempit. Air mandi dari shower keluarnya kecil merasa mandi agak lama tak selesai.

Bilik sangat mengecewakan, dalam gambar bukan main luas, dalam bilik sebenar saya duduk berdua berlanggar nak bersiap-siap. Solat atas katil, xde ruang langsung, just lorong untuk jalan ke bilik air je, betul-betul muat untuk buka pintu bilik je.

Bilik sangat sempit tak seperti gambar, tak de ruang solat, kami terpaksa solat atas katil, aircond pun x sejuk, ada angin je, harap2 ada penambahbaikan.

Hotel bajet dengan harga berpatutan, tiada masalah di hotel ini.

Ada lipas kat dalam bilik, cadar berbau dan macam-macam lagi.

comfy & cozy, hotel management very kind and staff are friendly and helpful too.
