工作人员热情友好，即使是第一次入住也是如此。

我们在这里住了一晚，这样我们一家第二天早上就能早点出发去迷失乐园了。这是一家经济型酒店，适合短期住宿，干净整洁，没有多余的装饰。每层楼都配有过滤饮水机，可以喝热水或冷水。酒店旁边还有一家马来餐厅，从早到晚营业。我们觉得这非常方便，因为我们需要先吃早餐，然后再去迷失乐园。从这家酒店开车到迷失乐园只需大约5分钟。

There is no fridge, lift and breakfast. Overall good and best.

Dapat bilik seperti apa yang kita minta dalam aplikasi. Bilik kecil tapi katil saiz "Queen". Selesa dan bersih untuk tidur. Hotel bajet yang berbaloi. Tiada sarapan sebab ni hotel bajet. Kalau nak sarapan boleh pergi ke Tanjung Rambutan atau Taman Perpaduan. Ipoh pun ada kalau rajin ke sana.

Lokasi terbaik. Dekat dengan theme park, restaurant. Cuma bahagian tingkat kat luar banyak taik burung dan bising burung tidur kat situ

For those who are book the hotel just to sleep at night, its OK, but if book the hotel to have a rest on day time, then think it over, very small space. Not enough space even for prayer mat.

I booked a deluxe bedroom with a queen sized bed with no windows. Little that I know the deluxe room here comes in duplexes, linked with another room, separated only with a door between them. Unfortunately for me, my neighbor is an avid smoker and the door is not well-insulated. I end up having stuffed nose the whole night, and the next morning woke up with blocked nose and followed with a cold (still having it while writing this review). I did complain to the hotel what can they do to remedy this. I was expecting a room change, instead they gave me a bottle of fragrance to spray whenever it is "unpleasant". If you are a smoker and reading this, please be considerate. Aren't hotels supposed to be a non-smoking zone (unless in certain designated areas)?

Staff service OK, but hotel is terrible, toilet dirty outdoor is noisy!

Its good to stay at sun inn hotel ipoh, its clean inside the room. And its very near to lost word tambun.

The price looks so awesome but when I went there, the room has no air cond, Shower faulty, and the room so smelly. I had to top up twice the price that I paid through app, same dirty, disgusting here and there. anyway shower is working so I just stay as they wouldn't allow refund.. same price I could get a greater stays all around there. This is I ever 1st time complaining, that shows how flustered I'm.

our celcom line totally can not use because of the room too small or whatsoever and can not get the internet belong to hotel as well

The hotel are small & not enough soap, toothpaste, the shower is slow. Need a bigger room

Tekanan air sangat slow untuk mandi & yang lain sangat berpuas hati.
