Over all stay was pleasant but cleanliness can be improved.

The cleanliness in the room is bad. Imagine we were given clean towels in a canvas type bag with a TV remote control. Then in order to get the deposit, we have to put the used towels inside the same bag together with TV control and return upon check out. So, imagine the bag is reused everytime to put the clean towels to another customer everyday. I don't think this bag can be cleaned or washed. So even the clean towels just put in will become dirty with whatever left in the bag from prior dirty towels put from previous customers. Besides that, it takes nearly half and hour to check in as there is only one staff at the counter. There is limited number of hotels in that area, so the management really does not care about improvement. Next time, I am willing to drive some more kilometres to get a decent stay at a better place.

Servis sangat kurang memuaskan bagi kami sekeluarga. Ditukarkan bilik, tapi makin kecil dan tidak ada tempat untuk meletak beg, meja solek hadapan tandas, TV tinggi melangit. Memang kurang memuaskan hati. Saya sungguh kecawa.

The price should able to get a room with basic Facilities such as a mini fridge. It became inconvinience while traveling with family and end up a room without mini fridge at the price paid. Consider near to shoplots but getting basic things became challenges such as drinking water, breakfast and toileteries. One final concern room too small until don't even have an ample space for Muslim to perform prayers in the room.

Infront the hotel lobby, there are a few self-service laundry washer and dryer. This hotel has lift. Room is comfortable. Parking infront this hotel is ample and easy. Popular bookshop is just next to it. Near to Melawati Hill and etc tourist spots. Friendly staff too.

The room is not clean properly. Got so many hair on the floor. The bathroom still wet when I enter the room and got hair in the bathroom. So gross! The lift is not functioning as it is out of service. My room at Level 2 and need to climb the stairs. The room is small and so outdated. Parking is a public parking as it is majlis parking.

Room was not ready at 3pm. Many guests had the same issue too.

TV doesn't work when asked to reception he said wil come and repair but didn't come at all. Didn't clean the room everyday. No shower gel in bathroom said want to refill but didn't

Bilik agak berbau dan kecil, air aircond bocor tapi alhamdulillah management bagi tukar bilik, channel TV terhad, ada 3 je, tapi padan dengan harganya, kalo ikutkan harga, itu sudah memadai.

Nice stay at great location with lower price

The room is a bit smelly and the toilet is not so clean. I paid RM75 for one night. I didn't feel it is worth my money. The real room conditions doesn't match the pictures and I feel like staying in rumah tumpangan.

Room 240. Dirty room. Had some house lizard droppings on the floor and on the bed headboard. Some cracked wall paint/skimcoat were falling off too. No WIFI in the room. Had to be in the hot corridor to get better signal.
