员工友好，服务周到。离购物中心很近。

房间对于双床房来说很宽敞，这真是个惊喜。但是，马桶冲水系统不太好用，应该更换。酒店本身感觉有点老旧，如果能进行一些升级改造就更好了。优点是，步行大约10分钟就能到KSL，很方便。

四星级酒店，但我们打电话到前台寻求帮助时，却无人接听。我们不得不打了好几次电话。客房服务也一样。晚上回到酒店，我们甚至很生气，因为没有人来打扫房间。我们住了三天，洗手池都坏了。毛巾很脏，之后客房服务人员给了我们一条新的。不过这家酒店的优点是空间宽敞。很适合带孩子入住。只是服务需要改进。

马桶冲水功能不佳。矿泉水需额外收费，即使注明是药品消费者。

作为一名自诩为“高端酒店住宿爱好者”的我，最近首次走出了吉隆坡的常去之地，选择了位于新山的 Grand Paragon 酒店，享受了两晚的假期。这家四星级酒店不仅比附近的竞争对手价格实惠得多（根据我在 Traveloka 上的研究），而且在某些方面，它的体验甚至超越了我在吉隆坡的住宿体验。 房间本身令人惊喜，舒适宽敞，性价比极高，就其星级而言。然而，我此次旅程中最精彩的部分无疑是早餐。我经常觉得吉隆坡酒店的自助早餐乏善可陈，但 Grand Paragon 酒店打破了这种刻板印象。主菜味道鲜美，制作精良。椰浆饭味道正宗，炒面更是令人惊艳，而琳琅满目的糕点，尤其是传统的糕点，更是让我大饱口福。这让我不禁想问，为什么其他酒店不在早餐上花这么多心思呢？ 就设施而言，Grand Paragon 酒店独树一帜。虽然泳池的设计略显平淡，并没有吸引我去泡一泡，但景色确实相当宜人。值得一提的是桑拿房（我猜是桑拿房），它似乎位于泳池的浴室区域内。健身房也是一大亮点，干净、宽敞，维护良好。对于那些想要进一步放松或享受呵护的人来说，同一楼层还提供按摩和美容服务。 总而言之，我在吉隆坡以外的第一次住宿，在新山 Grand Paragon 酒店，体验非常成功。舒适实惠的客房，加上美味的早餐，让我牢牢地将这家酒店列入了我未来新山之旅“必再来”的名单中。

每次去新山度假，我都会预订这家酒店。不过，我觉得酒店的清洁度下降了。以后去度假，我可能会考虑预订其他酒店。

Our experience at the hotel was excellent. The location, dining options, and spacious accommodations were remarkable. However, there are some aspects of the interior that warrant attention. The doors, cupboards, and restroom facilities are outdated and constructed from wood. While the restroom is generously sized, it is lacking in hooks or shelving for personal items. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Bilik besar. Ada bath tub. Katil tinggi. So far selesa n puas hati. Makanan tak sure sebab tak ambil include breakfast

Overall great & comfortable experience. There's a hawker behind walking distance serving nice nasi lemak. Generally overall cleanliness can be improved.

We will stay again in next time.

Standard room gave off wrong vibes. Unsafe feeling. Too quiet. Not suitable for families. Had to self upgrade to deluxe instead for better experience.

Untuk kanak-kanak kalau dapat harga lebih rendah untuk breakfast lagi baik.

Hotel was booked at an affordable price and last minute. Basic hotel but clean.

-Non smoking room wreaks of cigarette smoke.-Toilet flush is not functioning properly.-Air-condition could be better.- pillow is very comfortable.-location is good.

I'm complementing on the trainies with the name: Ridzwan. He should be manager for such an understanding to the hotels customer needs. My story was, I was a work traveller from seremban and ai didn't brought my car, I was using public transport for this travel. I was mention in the booking terms here it was 0 % deposits, so, I didn't bring enough cash for deposits for the room I've booked. I need to withdraw some money then came back to the hotel, because the hotel policy didn't take debits card payment as a deposit, but Ridzwan managed to help me sattle my matters so, I don't have to walk. Thanks a lot for the help.

Breakfast was a good spread. Rooms are rather spacious but had smoke smell even tho non smoking was booked and there were ants on the table.

No one help take suitcase. When I arrived the air conditioner the next day was in the process of maintenance since 8 am so it was hot.
