房间很干净，但有点拥挤，空调很冷，电视可以收看Astro频道，离所有设施都很近，电梯不用爬楼梯就能到二楼。

员工服务态度好，非常乐于助人。酒店舒适，价格合理。

位置很好，位于市中心。酒店没有电梯，所以要做好运动的准备。

Hotel agak selesa juga, bersih, terdapat banyak kemudahan di sini, terletak dalam kawasan bandar, kedai-kedai dekat, pasar Payang dekat dengan hotel ini, hanya berjalan kaki sudha sampai, receptionist pun ok, cuma hotel ni tak ada lift

Love the hotel location, very near to Pasar Payung, bus station, near to nasi dagang atas tol 4, walking distance. Will come back again for room 1001, staff is helpful, allowing us to put bag as I'm doing the Redang tour

The staff were not friendly at all when speak with the customer. Very bad service. Air conditioner not function at all.

The built-in heater does not work properly. Other than that, it 's all good. The officer is very helpful. I did not expect that the room is equipped with a pantry.

Bilik yang luas dan selesa, cuma penat sikit bila lift xde bilik pulak tingkat 3, yang lain semua okey, layanan dari kaunter terbaik.

The room was very clean, the issues that I had during my stay was the bed, Hotel had a brand new bed which make some noisy when you move in to bed, and bed sheet become messy, they should take it off the plastic from the bed. overall was good including the staff.

Room is clean, friendly staff. Just careful when park your car, as the area in front hotel can flood if heavily rain.

Lokasi hotel sangat strategis, dekat ke chinatown dan pasar payang. Untuk yang mau ke pulau redang, juga tinggal jalan kaki kurang dari 15 menit ke jetty. Ukuran kamar agak kecil, dan tidak ada lift di hotel.

5min walk from bus station. budget but satisfying. near pasar payang. easy to find place to eat.

The real condition of the room are not same with the reality. The aircon and the wall is dusty. Some spiderweb found. However, the bathroom is clean.
