Tidak ada air panas, 2 hari saya mandi dengan air sejuk

ตอนจองเป็นเตียงคู่ เมื่อเช็คอินเข้าที่พัก คาดหวังว่าเตียงจะใหญ่กว่านี้ และผ้าเช็ดตัวที่ได้วันแรก มีคราบที่(ซักไม่ออกหรืออย่างไร มันไม่โอเคเลย และฟักบัวน้ำ ก้อไม่แรง

Penginapan biasa.kolam besar dan kebetulan tiada tetamu lain. laluan depan ke hotel jalan xberturap.tidak disertakan tempat untuk sangkut baju basahan selepas mandi kolam.jarak ke pantai sedikit jauh

Booking was made in a hope for non-smoking room (vacation with family and 1 child). Sadly the hotel management still giving me the room. Immediately requested new room and they comply. Just that the new room is 1 level above. Pool was nice but the water is salty where swim longer will hurt your eyes. Water temperature in the bathroom unable to regulate. Hot water poured all the time. Overall is OK but need to improve. I can tolerate some but definitely not acceptable when they giving me the "smoking odor" room.

Nice floor level cabins! Very clean and well maintained. We had a beautiful view on the garden with an extremely nice salt watered swimming pool. The personnel is very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this accommodation! They are building a new wing close by but it did not give any inconvenience.

Overall was good. It was a nice stay. Just the ironing issue. I had a little problem with the iron. People who used the iron before had burned the cloth that cover the board and it stick to the iron soleplate. After that, when i using the iron, the cloth melt and stick to my pants. Luckily it can be removed,but there’s still got slightly stain on the pants. The receptionist had apologised for what had happened. I don’t really mind, but for the next user i hope the management can use the proper iron board cover Or provide another iron at reception, for people who requested to iron inside the room. Thank you

The outdoor is stunning, did not expect it to be that beautiful. Love it a lot for that price range. Modern swimming pool with lovely garden setting, had good time with my kids at the pool with lovely photos taken too. Only that the first time we entered the room, it smelled like toilet. The ventilation is not good in the room, but once the aircond is on the smell slowly gone. But when you go out for a while and come back to the room the smell is still there. The toilet is not cleaned for hygiene purposes, but all functioned very well including the water heater. The receptionist lady is nice too. You can ask them to clean the room while you are out. Overall, we spent more time outside and back to the room for sleep and swimming with the kids. The kids enjoyed our stay and the price is at its best.

Bad housekeeping. Shower very slow

I love this hotel so much... the surrounding was awesome. The staff very friendly and helpful when I asked about place to eat and spa. Room excellent. There's kettle, coffee and mineral inside. Near to pool.. It would be great if they can provide breakfast in the future. so far it really a great stay... will come again definitely.. tq

Walking distance to the beach, with swimming pool, at a good price.
