Plataran Canggu 是一处充满宁静与美丽的别墅。

我在普拉塔兰长谷别墅的住宿体验非常令人失望，完全不符合我的预期。 入住期间我遇到了一些问题： 房间很脏。电视很旧。房间内和别墅周围有很多蚊子。游泳池和周围环境都很脏。家具看起来很旧，维护也很差。 服务也不尽如人意。学员们似乎没有明确的指示。在取行李的过程中，两名女学员冒雨帮忙，而且通往越野车的通道很远，所以我们被困在雨中。 房间里也感觉很闷，因为很多树木和植物都没有修剪，导致蚊虫滋生。私人泳池很脏，地板是沙子（据说是天花板上的棕榈纤维材料）。 另一个令人不快的方面是当地（印尼）客人和外国客人之间的服务差异。 公共卫生间也很脏。 这或许可以作为给 Plataran 管理层的一个建议。 谢谢。

The staff is super friendly, the best! Whenever there’s a problem, they respond quickly. The facilities are complete, and the cozy atmosphere makes you feel at home and comfortable for a long stay. Canggu is said to be congested, but staying at the hotel is already enjoyable enough. The food is really delicious. The breakfast isn’t a buffet, but it’s sufficient and tasty. I once couldn’t have breakfast, and they prepared a takeaway with bread, fruit, and juice, packed safely and neatly. Overall, it’s great! There are quite a lot of mosquitoes, but the staff is always ready to help set up mosquito repellents anytime. Overall, it’s excellent, and I would definitely stay here again!

Semua sempurna, staff yang helpful dan friendly, brekfast big portion and so tasty, room was clean and tidy dan ruangannya besar banget. Defenetly will come back and high recommended for stay.

Had a great stay, everything exactly like what it is on the picture, even better. Had an enjoyable quiet stay, with excellent service. Food option on room service is rather limited, but gofood solves everything and everything can be delivered to your door step.

This accommodation is very nice and private, I really like the ambience of the cabin, it is very nice and the staff is superb. The location is good and it ' s very spacious.

We booked 2 bedrooms villa (villa 19), so amazing. With private pool and 2 huge bathroom. We also requested for breakfast at our room, they prepared it at gazebo in front of our villa. And it was awesome, like breakfast at private garden. The taste of breakfast also amazing!

I had most pleasant stay here. Recommend this hotel for everyone especially for couples. Well maintained garden and swimming pool. Thank you for good service for Devi and all staff.

Had a great time at Plataran Canggu. Need a little work on the maintenance. But the service was impeccable. The food was so god!

I wish I can stay here longer. I love everything about this place and they even gave the guess a very toughtful gift when we were check out.

Good Things: - All the staffs are very friendly and helpful - Bathrooms are very nice - Room is very clean and neat, but not so big compared to the bathroom - Live music in the restaurant area is good - Love the mutiara chickens and doves and the welcome drink - Massage service is good Bad Things: - Room is not so big compared to bathroom, feels cramped - Breakfasts are horrible, not up to Plataran standard, especially the bacon and sausage

pda saat breakfast, di sana hanya tersedia app dan minuman, nah kita bingung dong mau sarapan apa. masa roti doang? tapi bedanya pa bule yang datang lngsung d sodorin menu 😌

Lokasi cukup strategis, ada shuttle ke seminyak dan canggu, staf yang ramah dan makanan yang cukup bisa dinikmati. sedikit spooky di malam hari.
