This hotel too old and too pricy.

Lift nya gak hidup bawa orang tua dan anak kecil tp di kasih lantai 3 kayak gak ad perasaan staff cuek2.

Toilet is full of dirt, TV isn't work. The most important is the vibe of hotel is so scary and stink.

When I arrived the hotel I feel something wrong. From the lobby the light is off, and I still wait for check in and the reception told me that the lift in under maintenance so I have to use the stairs. I bring 2 luggages, so I ask the receptionist to see the room first and its really less light and smelly. Before that I stay in zamburger to but in another area, I thought its same management and should be clean and light. Suddenly I check out and booked another hotel. The zamburger bliss is not recommended.

Staf hotel yang perempuan kurang ramah, check-in lambat, lift tidak berfungsi, harus manggul koper 20 kg ke lantai 2 naik tangga, tidak bisa mandi dan nahan BAB di pagi hari Karena air habis. Tidak ada resto untuk sarapan. Alhamdulillah kamarnya bersih dan pas untuk 1 keluarga dan staff hotel yang jaga pagi ngasih air mineral 10 botol buat cuci-cuci muka dan sikat gigi dan di sekitar hotel ada tempat makan dan plaza pelangi.

Sebenarnya kamar hotelnya not bad. Yang jadi masalah adalah aura naik ke lantai 2. Eskalator rusak, harus naik tangga dan sepanjang tangga gelapnya minta ampun. Terkesan seram. Msalah lain ada di bed sheet yang sangat kotor.

There ' s no lift. You had to take stairs to your room. My room was on the third floor which is so painful. Bed sheets so bad all is yellow and smell really bad. This hotel is a cap! Be careful! Don't stay in this hotel.

Need to improve with the cleanliness and hygiene. The room smells a bit and the floor was dusty. Pillows and towels were dirty. Not too spacious but enough. Cannot expect too much since it was a budget hotel.

Tempatnya okay dekat berbagai mal dan toko-toko, harga terjangkau, peralatan cukup lengkap. Dan bagi yang capek setelah beraktivitas ada kursi pijat free. Lumayan buat mengurangkan pegal-pegal. Overall good hotel.

Hotel yang sepi dan gelap. jadi agak kurang nyaman.

Very nice hotel with welcome drink, fruit punch is very nice, my children love it. The decorations very nice, staffs was friendly. Near KSL mall walking about 15min.. bedrooms are very nice too, I booked 2 rooms, with different theme. Breakfast also nice.

The hotel staffs are wonderful, very friendly and nice. Actually, I've stayed here several times and was always happy staying there. But this visit, the room and towel is a bit smelly (not dirty but smelly). Wifi is very poor in our room, although is good on lobby.

Good! sesuai dengan foto, dekat dengan Plaza Pelangi dan Jbc.

Very nice place and nice room the price is properly also.

Overall, this place is good. I can consider going back there next time.

Saya sudah menginap di bliss lebih dari 3 kali dan selalu puas walaupun hotel kecil tapi di design baik hotelnya.

Pegawainya liatin aja pada saat kami datang.. padahan kami bawa barang lumayan banyak dan kami bawa anak kecil
