The property is definitely overrated. It has the potential to be an amazing experience for people staying there but its a let down. I think the property was shut for a long time during COVID and so has not been well kept. We stayed on the upper level villa. However, the furniture, doors, beds, wooden flooring in the room needs to be repaired. The curtains. Oh my God. The day curtains had cobwebs all over them and were torn. The towels. Well, please replace them. It's too old and looks very dirty. The linens in the rooms also need replacement as there are so many stains on them. They also feel damp as there 's hardly any fresh air circulation in the room. The pool too was dirty, although we saw the staff clearing the leaves, there was a layer of oil that could be seen. None of the people living the resort tried to get into the pool during our stay. I'm sure they also had the same complaint. The crockeries kept in the restaurant area were also dirty and had insects on them. Definitely not worth the value. At least cleanliness should be the first step towards running a property anywhere. The only saving grace was that the staff was very helpful and fulfilled our requests. But for the above matters, there's nothing that could be done. The hotel needs a makeover.

Karyawannya sangat ramah, kamar bersih dan luas.

Kamarnya sama seperti yang difoto, sangat nyaman dan bersih, pegawainya ramah-ramah, suasananya bikin betah banget, bikin gapengen pulang. Cuma bagi saya suasana pas malamnya bikin agak takut untuk ke kamar mandinya. dan untuk kolamnya tidak ada penerangan, gelap. Jadi mau berenang malam hari jadi tidak bisa. Padahal bagus banget kalau ada lampu-lampunya. Agak jauh dari pusat kota but very recommended hotel! thanks.

Old facilities but quite enough for chill-out travellers, very quiet, hot shower and good AC, convenient location, good staff.

Untuk turis domestik kurang pas karena mukena tidak tersedia dan kiblat tidak diberi tanda. Sarapan juga cuma roti bakar ala kadar karena mungkin waktu itu di resort tersebut cuma kami saja yang menginap.

Sangat nyaman. Pelayanannya sangat memuaskan. Pokoknya kalau tour ke Bali wajib menginap lagi disini.

Saya menginap di kamar 301. Awalnya saya pikir kuno. Ternyata modern. Hotelnya bagus, hanya saja saya menginap selama seminggu, saya rasa handuk tidak di ganti, dan perlengkapan mandi juga tidak di perbaharui seperti toothpaste and shower cap. Saya bahkan perlu meminta operator untuk memberi saya sabun. Utk seprai saya tidak begitu yakin itu di ganti setiap harinya. Hairdryer tidak berfungsi. Exhause fan di kamar mandi tidak berfungsi, sehingga pintu bagian kamar mandi agar selalu dibuka agar udara dari dalam keluar, untuk lemari es tidak dingin, namun cukup apabila hanya ingin dijadikan penyimpanan makanan kaleng barang sehari. Saya meninggalkan hotel di pagi hari dan kembali di sore hari menemuka sisa rambut saya masih ada di dalam kamar dan itu mengganggu. Lokasinya utk 1-2 hari agak sulit ditemukan namun setelah berhari2 mulai hapal daerah sana. Akses keluar lokasi lumayan ramai dan sering macet terutama bagi pengguna kendaraan mobil. Akan lebih mudah akses kelokasi ini apabila menggunakan motor,
