酒店靠近拉布镇，步行即可到达……酒店的食物既便宜又美味。

酒店地理位置优越，工作人员热情友好，食物美味可口。不过，房间里的空调一点也不冷，让人很不舒服。总体来说，入住体验很令人失望。

很棒的地方，因为靠近市中心。

Selesa dan kedudukan yang strategik

Lokasi hotel berdekatan dengan tarikan pelacongan. Sarapan yang disediakan sedap dan pelbagai. Tidak perlu menunggu lama untuk 'check in'. Kakitangan yang peramah juga.

We took 3 rooms. 1 double bed + 2 twin bed. Double bed room is small. Breakfast rm25 per pax are not satisfying.

Staff semua baik. Bilik selesa. Tapi wifi tidak ada liputan, saya tidak dapat gunakan wifi sepanjang 3 hari 2 malam di hotel ini.

Air conditioner is not cold. The toilet sat too narrow and cramped with the sink. Uncomfortable mattress condition. But the shower is really satisfying. And kind staff also.

Penginapan yang selesa, 'muslim friendly', berdekatan dengan pekan rabu (by walking distance), makanan set promosi dengan harga RM 9.90 yang murah dan sangat sedap. Terima kasih The Jerai Hotel Alor Setar. In sya Allah kami akan ke sana lagi di masa akan datang.

Clean room with enough amenities. The air conditioner is also in good condition. The bathroom is small but adequate. Breakfast has a lot of options and tasty. Walking distance to 7eleven, bank, pharmacy, Pekan Rabu and many shops. If I came to Alor Setar I would definitely stay here again.

Great... Look old outside but new inside... Room a bit small but it should be no problem. Breakfast was great.

Breakfast is good but should have added beef bacon to the menu. The rooms are clean and comfy.

Aircond didn't cool the room. The maintenance guy came twice to fix the aircond, still not working properly. Finally they gave me a different room which is also not cold. Slept with the undies and no blanket on. Only in the morning the ac started kicking in after few times of switching it on and off. Food was amazing and the hospitality provided by the staff was 10/10. Very polite.
