我喜欢在房间里睡觉。

换了两次水，问题依旧，空调不到晚上睡觉的时候根本不凉，热得我浑身是汗……我从来没住过空调不凉的酒店，房间里有热水器，但是水温跟用自来水洗澡一样，一点都不热……这是我第一次也是最后一次入住这家酒店。

厕所腐烂了，厨房用具不够，地板很脏，有很多头发，浴巾也腐烂了，请房东尽快解决这些问题。

Swing & Pillows @ I-City Shah Alam 的豪华大床房提供令人满意的住宿体验。房间宽敞，设施齐全，包括过滤水、热水淋浴、吹风机、干净的床单和枕头、强劲的空调以及水压充足的大浴室。卫生间配有坐浴盆，保持得相当干净，显然房间最近翻新过。公共区域也一尘不染，散发着令人愉悦的香气。 前台工作人员热情友好，客房服务也做得非常出色。充足的衣柜和储物空间对于长期入住的客人来说非常贴心。 不足之处在于，空调安装位置较低，直接对着床吹风，可能会让人感到不舒服。浴室瓷砖太滑，存在安全隐患。门禁卡偶尔会出现故障，需要尝试多次才能解锁。房间的家具感觉有点过时——或许是设计上的考量——但与整体现代化的装修风格不太协调。此外，电源插座和灯具数量不足，房间光线昏暗，难以同时为多个设备充电。面向主街的房间可能会受到交通噪音的影响。停车费为每天4令吉。房间内的无线网络信号较弱。

非常享受这次酒店住宿体验，房间和设施都很干净，我很满意。服务也非常好，前台接待员伊娃非常友好，所有解释都很清楚。

员工非常友好，物有所值。

I request for extra bed and paid for it, the management could not prepare for me and I haven't get my refund yet.

The room already old but still OK. Air-con have no problem. Hot water run well. The only bad thing is theres no non-smoking room and the air-con position a bit weird, I have headache the first morning couse of it.

The hotel is old, things inside the room are quite out dated. Some part are dusty. Air conditioner takes a long time to cool, staff blamed on TNB outage earlier on.
