The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the accommodation is also great to stay in.

I request for extra bed and paid for it, the management could not prepare for me and I haven't get my refund yet.

The room already old but still OK. Air-con have no problem. Hot water run well. The only bad thing is theres no non-smoking room and the air-con position a bit weird, I have headache the first morning couse of it.

The hotel is old, things inside the room are quite out dated. Some part are dusty. Air conditioner takes a long time to cool, staff blamed on TNB outage earlier on.

Heard from receptionist that have ghost in hotel. Check in at 7pm, I check out at 10pm.
