酒店很安静。半夜停电了，我们不得不换房间。这是我们第一次也是最后一次下单。

我今天（2025年10月26日至28日）入住，但今天也退房了。房间像个仓库，空调很热，房间很脏，感觉闹鬼，而且只有两个工作人员。我没时间拍照，今天下午就去马六甲亚洲酒店重新订了一家。千万别被酒店的应用程序骗了。

Me and my sister stayed there during high season. Very good location. All the staffs are so friendly and helpful. Pretty good breakfast, but if you stay there on high season, make sure you go to breakfast early lol. The lobby is so comfy. We were able to sitin the comfy couch for about 7 hours waiting for our bus to Singapore lol. Definitely will recommend this hotel for budget trip.

Bagus. Sampai hotel jam 12 malam tapi masih siap petugas melayani dan menerima, akses dekat ke Mahkota Medical Centre dan pusat perbelanjaan.

The air conditioning in room 321 was not even cold in the afternoon. It just blowing normal air. I informed the staff, and they went up to fix it, but it was still the same. At night, then it started to chill down after 8pm as maybe the sun went down. As for the bathing part, the water spray was kind of broken. I think the hotel was trying to cut costs by turning off the air conditioning in the main lobby as well. The kids pool running water was turned off until you informed them, then they turned it on. The kids pool was kind of run down; You will feel alone even during the weekend, like those in the Chinese Huanted movie.

Overall is acceptable. The price is affordable, and the location is near the hospital.

Kamar mandi, shower unt toiletnya rusak ditanya memang seluruh enggak dikasih shower. Yang kedua tempat hotel ujung kalau malam gelap jadi rada takut².

Mohon kirimkan copy Tax yang kami bayarkan di sana.

Untuk kali ini saya kecewa dengan fasilitas hotel, booking di aplikasi berikut breakfast. Ternyata restaurant nya tutup. Menurut pihak hotel lagi perbaikan/renovasi. Tapi kok masih jual kamar with breakfast? Harusnya ada solusi buat hal tersebut misalnya berupa voucher makan di tempat lain terdekat, atau refund senilai breakfast nya.

Nice location but lack of service. There is no cleaner at all on 3 night stays. Breakfast minimalist and no breakfast on Wednesday. Good price.

AC panas ga dingin, westafel mampet, kamar bau apek lembab gitu.

Pro: 1. Dekat dengan tempat-tempat tarikan pelancong. Cons: 1. Bilik overall/tandas busuk macam tak kena basuh/cuci. 2. Cadar tilam tu tak sengaja terselak nampk macam ada tompok kotoran (refer gambar) 3. Breakfast biasa je, simple je menu.

Tamu tak banyak, service jadi kurang. Pagi ada breakfast, tapi makanan kurang segar, maka sebagian dari kami tak ikut makan lagi.

Hotel nya ga bersih, minta tolong bersihkan dan ganti barang” nya malah cuman di rapihin.

Very friendly the reception area. The accommodation good.
