Helpful and polite staff. Room condition is top notch. Walking distance to Todak Waterfront. 24-hour convenience store is right in front of the hotel. Pharmacy is close too. Amazing food especially from the Asian restaurant. Please try their dim sum! Reasonable price for the food. This is my 3rd visit and I will definitely stay here if I visit KK again.

Everything was in order. The venue was within good vicinity. (Makan place. Some shopping malls) within walking distance. Recommend to book this Hotel.

Hotel yang bagus berada di tengah Kota, dekat dengan taman dan juga memiliki kolam yang berhadapan dengan lain. Semua kamar memiliki jendela. Senang.

Bilik ok.. Yg x ok bila ko x d explain mcm mn nak kluar dr carpark.. Tket yang ko amik mula2 kena cop kat knter loby time nak cekout then naik carpak.. Nk bg msuk tket xdpt.. Rupa nya nak p knter parkg tukar tiket lg.. Sgt myusah kn sebab nak ke satu2 kaunter.. Receptionist x infrm..notis pun kecik jk dekat tu palang kluar..

The front desk lady, Judith and all the staffs very friendly and helpful. I love staying there. Will look forward to stay there again. The surprise for my husband's birthday was awesome.

The location is great, if you stay on Sunday then Gaya street just few steps from hotel. Our room is facing the sea, super beautiful scene! The only weak point is we can hear sound from adjacent room which a bit annoying. Other than that, this is one of the best hotel in KK.

Wonderful place to stay. Nice location. Good food around. Convenient and accessible. Good and decent breakfast. If anyone planning to visit kota kinabalu, you may consider staying here. Usually the temperature of the shower head/water will not be hot most of the time or change very quickly, but surprisingly the temperature (warm/hot) was consistent at all time. Bathtub inside the room was nice. Staffs were very kind and friendly.

Room lighting is not bright and feeling like in karaoke room. Air conditioner took longer time to cool the room. Internal ID is “black” feel not clean and not comfortable.

the staff is friendly and help us a lot. the location is good where situated at the city and can easily reach lot of places, got the parking provided, the room is spacious too but got one thing not really satisfying is that we found that all the rooms that we stay also have ants. the room I taken got the biscuits left and thus saw a lot of ants. although already requested to change to another room, there are still got ants regardless the appearance of the biscuits pieces.

This hotel is awesome. I had a pleasant stay. Food etc all nice but I just can’t get it how can I hear noises from next room. Maybe they talk too loud ✌️

Bilik penginapan selesa cuma karpet sedikit berhabuk. Makanan sarapan tidak memuaskan dari segi citarasa (tidak seperti yang dijangkakan). Kemudahan parking juga not friendly walaupun sudah di verified parking di kaunter reception pelanggan juga terpaksa menukar kupon parking kepada kad di kaunter parking, so menyusahkan pelanggan. Selain itu kad access hotel juga di 'non-active' kan sebelum masa sebenar check out (dalam kes saya jam 11.40 kad sudah dinyah aktifkan), ini amat amat amat menyusahkan pelanggan yang terpaksa ke kaunter untuk mengaktifkan kad.
