员工非常友好，特别是前台接待员和夜间保安。

房间吵得要命，外面的噪音从晚上一直持续到黎明，就像引擎的轰鸣声。这都是因为房间离渡轮码头太近了。

所有员工都非常友善。酒店位置优越，靠近港口和旅游景点。我强烈推荐这家酒店。

房间干净，员工也很热情。这是一家不错的经济型酒店。

前台的那位叔叔非常乐于助人。我们上午10点左右到达酒店，但他免费帮我们提前入住。 酒店位置极佳，距离巴士总站（码头）不到5分钟。 附近有很多不错的餐厅。

工作人员很友好。 但是我入住的时候房间的地板有点脏。 总体来说还不错。

Need to go to the Victoria Garden Hotel for late check-in. Don't forget to ask your TV and aircon remote because they'll give you room key only. We even need to switch on the aircon manually.

There is no amenities (toothbrush and toothpaste)

Just finish my stay here for 3 nights (27-29 June). On first day (27th June), the shower is not working. When I ask about it in front office, this guy only said that they cannot do anything about it. Then I ask to move to another room and again this guy only give me some room keys and ask me to check everything by myself. When I check pn another room, the shower is working but it looks messy. Ask to clean and again the ignorant front office staff said the house keeping already go home. Luckily found a clean room with working shower. Overall a bad experience, especially on the first night.

Good service, will stay here if I come back again :D

This accommodation is the cleanest that I've ever experienced! On the other hand, staff is friendly and helpful when I request for early check in at 1pm. Basic facilities are provided in the room as well!

Staff sangat membantu, saya check in jam 6 pagi dikarenakan bus saya ada accident. Hotel dekat ke mana pun, jadi sangat cocok untuk travellers menginap kesini.

Nice room and near travel destination easy to walk look from google map and have iron room at levels4, suitable with this hotel and price👍🏽

Kamarnya cukup luas dan nyaman. Dekat dengan street art.

This hotel is good service, good place and nearby interesting place such as Chew Jetty, Penang Street Art, Chulia Street Market but Wi-Fi has slowly in my floor (second floor)

Great hotel, nice location, room and bathroom is cleaned. Near bus station, Penang street art and onlt take 15m walking to Chulia street.

The room is okay, but the air conditioner compressor outside the window was too loud, and all of us had difficulties to sleeping. Air conditioner was not working well. Iron located at the 3rd floor is too far from room 101.

Bilik sedikit kecil dan harga amat memuaskan.
