During my stay, I found the accommodations to be quite satisfactory and the surroundings to be pleasant. The majority of the points of interest, such as restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and massage parlors, are conveniently located within walking distance. The room was well-maintained, and the staff provided exceptional service. The breakfast was delicious, and they also offer a daily high tea. I highly recommend this establishment.

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel! Huge and comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with proper segmentation, quiet and serene courtyard, nice breakfast although I highly suggest you all to have a breakfast out there, it’s Penang after all! However, I have to point out that the service by the staffs is not up to our expectation, can be improved though.

Our stay at 23 LoveLane was pleasant. We love everything that this hotel offered (the welcome drink is so fresh and we super enjoyed the ambience during high tea that they offer everyday at 4.30 p.m). The hotel is a walking distance from attractions such as Penang's famous murals at Muntri Street and Penang Peranakan Mansion. Oh and the hotel staffs were very helpful!
