交通便利，餐饮选择丰富，步行即可到达商店。

酒店漂亮、整洁、干净。有坐浴盆。只是离地铁站有点远。去诺维娜地铁站步行20分钟。

友好热情。Wi-Fi 速度很快，信号也很好。找街边小吃也很方便。

回复迅速，乐于助人。社区环境很好。

Tempatnya strategis, dekat lokasi makan dan MRT. Cukup bersih

Fragrance's staff Alan & Ellyana were very helpful with the luggage and everything. Best value hotel in Singapore, not too far away to the city center and convenient. Would 100% recommend to our friends and colleagues from Indonesia.

hotel ramah keluarga, terutama untuk 2 dewasa dan 2 anak, di samping hotel ada toserba mini macam indomar***/alfama** berikut atm (selalu cek kurs), di seberang ada kedai makan menu india-melayu-indo 23 jam, jalan 5 menit terutama saat pagi bisa sampai whampoa market (pasar buah-sayur-daging) berikut puluhan kedai makan halal non halal.. Staffs there are so friendly, they offer us to store our luggage while waiting for the next flight. The room is exactly like the photos, but however the wall and floor likes to get foggy.

The hotel location is near bus stop, its really nice. You just need 2 mins walk. Staff named Aaron was really nice & helpful. Thankyou so much!

Location is good for using bus as public transport. Staff is good and polite. The downside is they don't tidy up the bed and put up new towels messily on the bed: ') (like its just been thrown). Room cleaning should be improved. The rest are okay.

Had a pleasant stay here! The staffs are very friendly, the room is clean & amenities are great (the bathroom has bidet, too)! The surroundings are also very peaceful, near heritage places & food court. Definitely worth the price ✨.

The Staffs are so helpful and friendly! Shout out to Steven and Melanie. They are very actively making efforts to ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process. Such a great service for a budget hotel. Although it 's not exactly near MRT, bus is very near within walking distance. Electric kettle and basic amenities are provided (clean towel, toothbrush and small size toothpaste, tissues, working fridge, 2-in-1 gel & shampoo soap, if you have particular skin/hair concerns better bring your own). The hairdryer in our room did not work so We asked for a hairdryer and it was immediately delivered to our room. Definitely will recommend this hotel.

The best budget hotel I ever stayed at singapore! They have everything I need: 24 hours service desk ✅. Room for family ✅. Easy check in ✅. Shower with hot water ✅ (the shower and hot water really works 🥰) Toilet with biddet ✅. Clean and comfy ✅. Near public transport ✅. Will surely comeback to stay! Thank youu.

A great stay! Daily housekeeping is available. They always refill the water bottles, coffee and tea. A bit small for 3 people but bed is nice and clean. It 's also bit far from the city center but there is a bus station a few walks from across the street. Definitely an option again when I come back to Singapore.

总体来说与新加坡相比还不错。附近有汽车站，比较方便。去任何地方。有小孩的家庭应优先寻找靠近地铁的住处。

Very clean, very nice. Room not so big. But still OK. And staff so friendly. Recommend.

Hotelnya tidak besar, tapi bersih dan fasilitas lengkap. Jadi sangat melebihi nilai yang harus kami bayarkan. Kami sekeluarga bertiga mendapat upgrade ke kamar ini. Jadi ini kamar Loft, ada sofabed di bawah, sehingga bisa dipakai tidur untuk anak. Lokasi strategis di dekat bus stop dan seberang restoran ABC. Di dekat situ juga ada minimarket yang cukup lengkap untuk mencari kebutuhan yang lupa dibawa.

Hotel budget dengan pelayanan yang ramah. Bersih walaupun sempit. Tapi memang kan sesuai harga.
