房间不错 价格合适，但灯光对我来说不够亮。 食物美味 服务周到

房间和氛围都很漂亮，而且靠近海滩，希望能再次回来住在这里。

氛围很好，步行即可到达海滩。

房间的地板很油腻，刷牙时的洗澡水是咸的。我发誓这不是一家真正的酒店。

我住在207房间，房间很宽敞，但是地板感觉很粘。房间里的 Wi-Fi 无法连接，电视也需要维修，因为图像不清晰。

地理位置优越，靠近海滩和餐馆。工作人员非常友好且乐于助人。房间内不提供吹风机和熨斗，但如果需要，可以送到房间。早餐也很美味，我住在407房间，价格也很便宜。

房间很大，舒适，唯一就是停车场不够宽敞。位置靠近海滩，周围有很多餐饮场所。

The most racist hotel I’ve experienced. First, I stayed in 4th floor. No hot water and repeatedly staffs checking for hot water for 3days!! Finally they put me on 3rd floor with hot water. The technician harassed looked at my thighs whilst I sat repeatedly! On 3rd floor he came back because the wifi is on and of (I had to use next door WhatsApp) then, he asked my phone and checking at my phone twice left and right, which was unacceptable. (Perhaps was checking why local lady staying alone for a week?) then I took my phone back and showed the wifi area on my phone. Technicians repeatedly came to my room bc the hot water and wifi were not working! Would they treated me differently if I were white? So I didn’t have to wait for a normal wifi and hot water which were basically supposed to be in the hotel.

Hotelnya sangat nyaman dan tempatnya strategis

Whole room is quite old. The room was not clean, bathroom was very sticky and smelled. Shower was broken and it failed over my head. Staff was very friendly

All about this hotel, I could say, is horrible. The water that we use for daily activities is salty. The room is hot; The towel for the family room is not there. The parking lot of the hotel is small, with only about 7 cars. For a 2-night stay experience with 2 kids, it is not a good experience. The door in our room during our stay period is broken. And there is no telephone that connect to front desk. The room for family suite is over price.

Sangat luas kamarnya, nyaman banget. Kasur bersih. Hanya saja di lantai 4 harus naik tangga lagi. Tapi sangat dekat buat jalan ke pantai sanur

Tempat tidur sudah sangat tua dan selalu berbunyi setiap gerak sepelan apapun tempat tidur berbunyi. Tidak nyaman dan tidak bisa istirahat

Kamarna super besar dan bersih, staff na ramah-ramah lokasi ke pantai tinggal jalan 7 mnt perjalanan yang sangat mengesankan

This is my 4rd time stay in this hotel. Always love to come to this hotel again.

Tidak direncanakan mau ke Sanur. Jadi ga ekspektasi tinggi sama hotelnya karena asal mesen aja. Eh pas sampe lokasi, strategis banget, mau kemana-mana dkt, pilihan cafe resto banyak, tempat oleh-oleh dan souvenir juga banyak, mau kepantai tinggal jalan kaki, atau bisa sewa motor/sepeda. Pesan tipe kamar yang family room, super nyaman dan bersih, acnya dingin, dapet balkon yang bisa liat jalanan sanur. Kolam renangnya ramah anak. Minusny cuma 1, air kerannya agak asin.

Kamarnya bersih dan harum, ada spa juga dan harga masih terjangkau lokasi sangat strategis akan kesini lagi next visit.

Kasur berisik, sarapan tinggal sisa.
