工作人员非常友好，服务周到，房间也非常方便。奥玛塔村酒店做得很好……

房间宽敞，适合家庭，只是酒店灯光有些欠缺，但总体来说还可以。

在奥玛塔村 (Omatha Village) 住了四晚，体验非常愉快。对于想找一个安静舒适的家庭住所的人来说，这家酒店是个不错的选择。我们遇到的所有员工都非常友好。总的来说，我们的体验令人满意。不过需要注意的是，这家酒店没有电梯，因为它的设计理念类似别墅。早餐菜单虽然美味，但种类较少。如果您去登巴萨，奥玛塔村绝对是您的首选酒店之一。谢谢您，奥玛塔村！

酒店大楼还算新，有厨房，也适合长期入住。可惜的是，员工和服务都不太好。接待员语无伦次，问的问题也毫无关联。

工作人员（前台）不太友好……毛巾的味道很难闻，但房间很舒适，一切都很棒……氛围也很温暖……保安比其他工作人员更有礼貌、更友好……

感觉就像一个独立的村庄，因为它位于室内（我们非常喜欢这一点，因为里面的私密性很好）。 有很多房型可供选择，而且所有房型都配有独立厨房。 有两个泳池可供选择。一个大的在主大厅，另一个小的在隔壁的楼里。 我们选择了带小花园的房间，非常适合通风透气。而且我们的车正好停在房间前面。

Tl：dr：不会向其他人推荐这栋别墅。 首先，在办理入住手续并被护送到别墅时，工作人员只是打开门然后就消失了。没有人提供搬运行李的服务。尽管我们预订了 2 栋别墅，但我们不知道另一栋是哪栋，最后只能把车停在隔壁的别墅里。 第一件事是，房间里有一份物品的价格表，如果损坏则必须更换。但是当我们检查时，发现清单上的所有物品并非都在别墅里，当我们询问前台（FO）清单上的所有物品是否肯定都在房间里时，他们只是回避了这个问题，说他们不知道，并责怪清洁服务（CS）。当我们打开橱柜时，我们发现了尚未清洗的脏毛巾。客人是否必须亲自与 CS 确认？ 第三天晚上，当我们回到别墅时，发现我们的房间根本没有整理好。没有任何额外的便利设施，甚至没有矿泉水。同样的事情再次发生，FO不想承担责任，说“我们只是换班了，换班的人应该是CS”。这是我第一次入住员工之间不互相交流的酒店。 当我们联系经理时，他们询问我们是否需要清理标签。尽管前一天我们没有挂上窗帘，但我们的房间还是被打扫干净了。那么这栋别墅的 SOP 是什么样的呢？ 因此，尽管别墅很漂亮，但这里的接待服务却很糟糕。所以，我不会向其他人推荐这个地方。

我想要一间位于一楼的房间，但是我选择的客房类型没有位于一楼的选项，不过工作人员给了我升级到一楼房间的选项。在我入住的三天里，工作人员非常乐于助人，并且把房间打扫得很干净。

很棒的地方，干净，设施齐全，靠近市中心，而且很容易找到餐馆。

Overall, during my stay it was ok. The distance to reach, accessibility and its surrounding was great. We can reach convinient stores just by walking. The staff are friendly but sometimes you have to buzz them to the reception when you need something as they don't respond the WhatsApp. It's weird because they put a telephone in the room, assuming it can be used to contact the receptionist unfortunately it didn't work at all. It wasn't a nice time to visit though cause it was rainy season, so the room has a certain smell of humidity. And the toilet doesn't dry quickly, so most of the time the floor gets wet for too long. The kitchen area got wet due to heavy rain. Though there still need some improvement, it was ok.

Pelayanan ga jelas. Ga saling koordinasi antar petugas sift. Merugikan kostumer, terutama dalam hal sarapan dan cek in. Sarapan rasanya hambar untuk bubur, nasgor terlalu manis banyak kecap. Kamar lumayan, cuma AC sering mati hidup sendiri. Padahal ga pernah atur timer. Di setting ulang tetap ga bisa.

The environment is great. The staff also friendly and fast respond. Cleanliness of the hotel also good. The setting of this hotel is unique and different with another place, because the building seems like villa and we can access the room from front door and also back door that connect directly to the parking area without passing the lobby. So it gives more privacy to the guest. One suggestion that I could mention is please add glass sticker/blind sticker on the bathroom area, to make it more comfortable while took a bath.

Secara keseluruhan semuanya bagus kecuali kloset dan dinding yg berjamur, semoga di perbaiki ya… kami senang menginap disini

Lokasi strategis dekat sanur dan pusat kota denpasar. Dekat untuk cari makanan. Tembok terkelupas butuh perbaikan. Air panas terbatas, dipakai agak lama langsung dingin. Overall Oke.

Udah kesekian kalinya nginap di sini. Ukuran kamar cukup, ada netflix dan youtube. Sangat rekomen untuk keluarga dengan anak kecil, ada dapurnya jadi makanan anak anak bisa masak sendiri 👍
