We stayed in Superior room and it ' s mostly resembled in the photos provided here. The room was clean. Wardrobe is a bit old but still fine. The view is not that amazing and it ' s quite far from cafes nearby. But it has restaurant upstairs and the food is nice. I would highlight extraordinary service from the staffs! They are friendly and very helpful.

Sebenarnya hotelnya lumayan bagus dan bersih, cuma sayang fasilitas TV dan WiFi tidak ada, akibat gempa lombok, Harusnya di infirmasikan di Situs Traveloka sehingga tahu sebelumnya.

Hotel yang sederhana namun mengesankan, pelayanan yang cepat dan ramah

Lokasinya deket air terjun sendang gile tiu kelep, aman, servicenya oke, kamar sama dengan fotonya.Minusnya cuma kebersihan perlu lebih ditingkatkan karena ada sarang tawon di lampu kamar.

Actually we didn't stay at this hotel because they are full when we arrived and they gave us to another hotel which is better I think (john's adventure).

Pelayanannya baik . Dan tata krama dan juga sopan santun nya luar biasa. Saya puas.
