Payah baru kali ini ngalamin nginep di hotel sangat tidak menyenangkan, mulai dari dimintain pajak 15.000, seumur saya di lombok menginap di beberapa hotel baru kali ini dimintain pajak. Kedua tidak sesuai bookingan, di aplikasi kamar sudah termasuk AC tapi nyatanya hanya dikasih kipas angin. Handuk cuma dapat 1 itupun handuk kecil. Parah sungguh parah, sebenarnya bisa saya laporkan sebagai penipuan, tapi sudah terlalu capek saya begitu selesai subuh saya lebih baik check out, tanpa mandi. TV juga isinya radio dan itupun tidak ada suaranya. Penjaganya juga lepas tangan. Malah menyalahkan OYO nya. Kacau amat sangat kacau, baru kali ini saya merasakan hal seperti ini menginap di hotel selama saya di lombok.

Tidak rekomendasi untuk menginap di sini. Kamar di aplikasi tidak sama dengan kamar yang di sediakan hotel dan meskipun bisa bayar saat check in di hotel tapi untuk pembatalan kita masih dikenakan charge 50 %. Sungguh mengecewakan. Makasih.

Sangat tidak layak huni. Gambar di aplikasi sama asli jauh berbanding terbalik. Jangan pernah coba coba boking oyo royal senggigi. Karena bakal menyesal. Tidak ada AC. Adanya kipas. Selimut sprei tidak layak pakai. Chanel tv tidak ada sama sekali. Pokoknya tidak layak.

The room I got was different from the gallery picture on the app. The bed cover and the bedsheet were like children's beds. They didn't provide any wifi and I got no signal there, so it's a complete disaster. They gave me a towel and a small soap bar, no bathroom amenities or even a bottle of water. First I checked into my room, they provided me with a fan, then after I complained, they turned on the AC inside the room and gave me the remote control. The AC also didn't really make the room any cooler. The bathroom drain was open & it make the room a bit smelly. I was the only guest at that time but they got a policy to leave the room key at the receptionist every time I went out of the hostel. They really went into my room, when I wasn't around, because I complained of the unworking AC after I came back. Then they “admitted” to turning off the AC when I went out.

Tidak ada tissue, handuk cuma 1, pelayanan kurang ramah.

Air gangatnya tidak bisa, tidak ada tishu dan handuk cuma satu.

I booked from traveloka but when I arrived there and ask for check in, the receptionist ask me to call his boss using my phone, I didn't see laptop there to even check my booking, but he use my mobile to call his boss and said that I was booked from traveloka. what the f***

Staff was not prepared for our arrival. I saw no other customers anywhere on the premises but still had to wait 20 min for a room. Had to switch room because A/C did not work. Staff had to go buy toilet paper. No liquids or foods of any kind available.

Recommended untuk yang nyari penginapan terjangkau. Kamarnya bersih dan kipasnya juga kencang. Kamar mandinya juga bagus dan bersih.

Lumayan, tapi tidak ada WiFi dan pelayanannya bingung pas saya bilang mesen via online.

Harga dan room yang diberikan tidak sesuai, sangat berbeda dari ekspentasi.
