You cannot have early check in here. Room is very spacious but old with 3 bedrooms. Location is in pudu near berjaya times square. Staff & security are mostly friendly, BUT there is 1 old security is very temperament and gets angry when I was trying to sleep in the lobby. You should be polite and nice to customer, how could you scold a customer?

The whole apartment is very dirty where the floor is very sticky and look likes long time didn't clean the floor. There are also few cockroaches at the apartment dining room and also inside the toilet. The fans is thick of dust which when I opened the fans then my face feel sensitive and itchy. At last I had to book another hotel and moved out from this apartment during midnight and come back to return the key by the next morning.

Disini tempat menginapnya enak, luas, bersih dan baik tapi tinggi walaupun tinggi tapi liftnya cepat, tidak masalah.

Facilities were great, clean room, everything else is working except the TV (no antenna) and the WiFi very slow. Improve on these two and it would be really great place.

Nice place to stay. Very quiet. Convenient. Only one bordering me is at night many baby cockroaches in the bathroom.

kamarnya nyaman, bersih dan fasilitasnya lengkap. sangat cocok untuk keluarga, dekat dengan stasiun. untuk yang ingin berlibur ke kuala lumpur, rekomen sekali disini.

The room was really clean, fully equipped, lots of socket and we loved the design of the room. We didn't know that there were 2 bedrooms in it with really cheap price. The hot water was not function in our room and we feel bad for that. Besides, we were attracted by the facilities like swimming pool, sauna and gym before booking. But when we reached there around 8pm, the lighting for swimming pool was not on and gym was closed. Luckily we still have sauna to enjoy. Next morning, we went to the swimming pool but we found out it was dirty! Jacuzzi was not function and surrounding at the swimming pool was really bad. Toilet at the swimming pool was dark and all the pipe water were not function nicely. Hope the management can take action on these issues.

Cocok untuk keluarga besar, bersih ,luas , hanya untuk ke bukit bintang tidak terlalu dekat lumayan jauh berjalan kaki. So far so good

Bersih, nyaman, hanya saja layanan TV konektivitasnya jelek, selama 3 hari disana, tidak bisa menggunakan TVnya.

Pelayanan bagus, kebersihan lumayan, cuman agak jauh ke pusat perbelanjaan aja.
