The room is clean and there is a free refill for the water. The location is directly on Jonker Street! It was so easy to explore the weekend night market. Recommended if you want to explore Jonker Market within walking distance!

The hotel is very clean and comfortable.

I choose Deluxe Twin Room, the room is small but very clean. It has no window as pictures in the apps, they said window only for triple room:) after the hotel renovated. It located at the heart of Jonker Street, many local food and restaurants around. The amenities are complete, the towels and sheets are clean and white, also hotel has water dispenser. Overall, we love the hotel, but we hope the bed can be upgraded (?), because they look kind of old (because of the colour? Strypes?).

The stay was pleasant. The room is very clean with complimentary toiletries. The location is strategic too. The only weakness is we need to use stairs to reach the room. There was no helper to assist us to carry luggage up and down the stairs. Other areas were good.

Booked two room and the rooms are connecting rooms. Safety and security are well taken care of. Only people with access card to enter the hotel that lead up the stairs to the front desk and rooms on level two. Recommended for family stay. Rooms and toilets are clean and its spacious. Everyone from the family enjoyed the stay. Stone throw away from Jonkers night market, location is right smack in the center of the night market. Will love you stay there again.

Hotel ini di Jonker Street, di depan panggung. Hanya sangat disayangkan di sini tidak ada lift, jadi yang bawa orang tua yang pakai kursi roda sangat susah dan yang pakai stroller juga repot, hotel bersih, AC dingin, air panas ok.

Sangat bagus. Staff yang ramah, kamar yang bersih, lokasi strategis depan jonker street, nuansa heritage banget. Mantap banget deh. Cuma kalo bawa oku yang pake wheel chair ga disarankan ya karena tidak ada lift. Lobby dan kamar ada di lantai 2 (by stairs). Thanks.

Memuaskan sekali selama kita menginap disini, hotel bersih sekali, peralatan mandi semua tersedia, lokasi pas depan jonkerwalk. Receptionisnya baik sekali, hotel masih baru sekali, pokoknya recommended deh.

Tempat strategis, orangnya ramah ramah cuma kamarnya dilantai 2 gak ada lift jadi musti gotong koper keatas

Pengalaman saya menginap di hotel ini, hotelnya nyaman walaupun bernuansa Chinese, untuk malam hari sangat ramai di kawasan tersebut, hanya saja staffnya kurang bisa mengerti bahasa Indonesia, tapi tetap ramah, dan bagi yang muslim di sekitar situ tidak ada makanan halal susah untuk dicari walaupun ada 1-2 kedai.

Sangat ramah, ada kamar mandi dekat di lobbynya walaupun belum bisa check-in tapi bisa numpang mandi dulu setelah dari perjalanan jauh.

The room looked exactly like pictures, comfy and clean. Very nice design and interesting. Breakfast was delicious too. The staffs are friendly. The location is good, surrounding with massage and near with KSL mall, only 10min walk. Surely will stay again.
