Strategic location. Near to supermarkets, restaurants, banks. Quiet place. Next to Tabung Haji Mosque.

Good location, value for money. I just needed a basic room and found mine to be clean. Although the mosque was next door, the call to prayer was not very loud. Shares a common entrance to carpark with mosque.

Room was very old, so bad. Dirty.

I have difficulty to check in. Hotel don't get my reservation. We call the app customer service but not pick up phone. We have to wait until 11.15 pm.

Hotel ini terkesan hotel lama namun kamarnya bersih, toiletnya juga bersih, AC dingin, airnya deras dan ada air hangatnya, bagi orang muslim hotel ini sangat bagus oarena langsung terhubung ke Masjid besar di sebelahnya. So far dengan harga segini hotel ini sudah bagus.

Hi, Kindly improve on the food. The food served to us was not even a hotel level, not even a decent restaurant level. We immediately had diarrhea after having breakfast at your hotel. I don't think it was prepared by a qualified "hotel" chef.

This chains really need fresh new management...good hotel but badly manage.

Breakfast start very late at 7.30am, not much variety. Corridor light was switch off before 7am, alley and ironing area too dark... report to the staff, but no action...

Smelly. No proper aircon. Toilet flush malfunction. Not a calm stay. Picture and real image is totally difference. Very bad experience

Condition must be upgrading especially in bathroom. In certain bathroom there's no hot water.

Location hotel okay. Facilities not proper maintain. Lamp broken at designated area for iron. Service slow.
