总是会再次选择住在这里。离商店很近，而且服务热情周到。

Room clean and staff also nice, will return to this hotel again.

Nice the place safety for stay.

No proper plug. Couldn't charge my phone whole night. No proper main door lock. Cleanliness was acceptable but overall stay was unacceptable. No proper feedback from the receptionist when the issue was raised.

-The whole room smells cigarettes + -very noisy maybe because the wall thin + - the bed very rough and spring noisy + - hot water not function well. I cannot even shower with it.

Tolong tengok aircond, dua kali tukar bilik dua kali aircond panas.order dapat bilik takde tingkap. Terpaksa tido terbalik,bahagian kaki kat kepala. Panas gila. Tv malap , bila tanya housekeeper kata aircond memang mcm ni, asal lobby sejuk? Aircond bilik bahang.

Tandas kotor, air panas rosak tv rosak, aircond slow tak swing.

Biliknya kotor, pintunya rusak, air mandi kecil, resepsionis perempuan tak ramah.

Inconvenience because no lift provided, we have to walk up and down the stairs. Sounds insulation between the rooms are lousy ! We can clearly heard someone opened their door, laughing or talking. Have cigarette smell at the lobby & in the room. The phone line in room was malfunction. I can't sleep well because The mattress (single size) was as hard as wooden bed !

Non smoking room also smells awful. Pictures are for illustration purpose only. Unclean. Got skin allergic reaction from the bedsheets. Not sure due to cleaning agent or what.

Bilik yang bersih, kawasan hotel juga bersih, bilik sangat selesa.

The stairs are too high. There is no lift. Not suitable for children

The place is decent and the room have very inviting vibe :)

The bathroom water is the same like rain. Too small.

room not clean, very small room, no window. no place to put soap in the bathroom, hot water is limited, no drinking bottle provide, very bad staff at the reception counter, they won't allow you to complaint to their manager

Bilik ok, berpatutan dengan harga, cuma srvice dari segi perkhidmatan perlu dibaiki lagi.

Tuala busuk dan gatal. WiFi tak ada. Bilik banyak habuk, harga murah sesuai untuk hotel bajet.
