不错的酒店，景色好，位置好。

Room 912 i just saw it on the next day only. Should record this room defect. Then reception staff not accomodated when i was ask about the car park direction. Then morning time i go down again and security inform wrong information about car park charges. Totally disappointed!

Kamar yang lumayan dekat ke icc pudu dan ke pusat Kuala lumpur, cukup bersih, Reception yang cepat saat cek in dan cek out.

Hotel yang sangat nyaman meskipun sedikit sempit. Dekat dari trx mall dan bukit bintang. Overall sangat ok👍🏻

During my stay, I noticed that one of the lady staff members, who was wearing a white shirt (seems new or a rookie), had poor English communication skills and did not maintain eye contact during our interaction. I believe it would be beneficial to provide her with additional training, especially in customer service skills, to enhance guest experiences. On a positive note, when I checked out, there was a gentleman in a coat suit, which I believe is the proper uniform, and his"bye-bye"was polite and well-delivered. Thank you for considering my feedback, and I hope it helps improve your services.

Sangat bagus hotel nya bersih wangi pelayanan bagus.

I upgraded my room from standart to superior and adding rm 60 for 3 nights, because the room is too small to stay for 3 nights. The hotel is kind of old, the receptionist said its been 8 years, so the hotel and the room is quite under maintenance (short of stuffs?). The door lock is broken (not attached at the wall) so I asked for quick repair, the towels, sheets, blankets are not white anymore, the glass door in the shower area in the bathroom is missing, the wastafel (water sink) in the bath room is cracked (very much), not so many amenities only tooth brush. Maybe you must ask for others amenities. No water dispenser in hall way. BUT the location is pretty good, many hawkers/local foodcourts 24 hours, the water in the shower is strong, the air conditioner in the room is very cool. I hope the management will renew or renovate this hotel, so the hotel will become a-acity comfort-comforthotel again:).

Worth every penny. Good location. Easy access to Lalaport.

Hotelnya bagus, bersih dan receptionist ramah. Cuma kalau yang berpergian mengandalkan kereta/teansportasi umum tidak disarankan karena lokasi hotel cukup jauh dari stasiun kereta. Overall si oke.

Lokasi strategis. Dekat ke pavilon bukit bintang, bisa berjalan kaki. Juga tidak jauh dari KLCC. Dekat hotel ada kedai mamak yang buka 24jam, makanannya enak dengan harga terjangkau. Receptionist hotel (Jay Chung) menyambut kami dengan baik. Kami request ganti kamar karena kamar bau rokok dan tegel lantai rusak, dilayani oleh belt boy dengan ramah. Senang untuk stay di hotel ini. Terima kasih.

Pesan queen bed tp 2 single bed digabung jadi 1.

All is clean and good, adviced please add family room for family customer. For us have kids no enough bed to sleep so can't choose this hotel next time.

Good comfort hotel. Reasonably clean and have road side parking.

The service was nice, the receptionists were super friendly dan helpful. The room was nice, lighting was good and AC worked well. It was totally worth the price. I'd be glad to come back.

Last 2017 I stayed at this hotel, when the all staff service was good. Then try again to stay here in 2023. It 's changed so much; The floor corridors are very smelly, there are no refrigerators in the rooms anymore. The hotel lobby layout is not as comfortable as before. In the room several places were burnt from cigarettes. No longer recommend staying here.

This hotel is good location but service very bad. Breakfast prepare just tapau. So very very bad.
