comfort for staying at Kokotel, family friendly. thanks to the staff who found one of my earing which felt down in the room. Appreciate! would comeback again

ห้องพักเล็กมาก ไม่มีที่จอดรถ ถ้ามีสัมภาระเยอะคือเหนื่อยเลยค่ะ

ไม่ประทับใจ ไม่มาอีกแล้ว ขอบายโรงแรมนี้ ไม่ชอบหลายอย่างขี้เกียจเขียน ทั้งการบริการ และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้อง แก้วน้ำใช้แล้วก็ไม่เปลี่ยนอันใหม่ให้ ใครอยากรู้ก็ลองเอาเอง ชอบอย่างเดียวคือ มีสไลด์เดอร์ให้เด็กเล่น

-ที่จอดรถไม่เพียงพอ -ขอชุดจาน ช้อน-ส้อม แต่ได้รับการแจ้งว่ามีให้เป็นซ้อนพลาสติก -คีย์การ์ด ถูกตัดการใช้บริการ 11.00น.ทั้งที่เช็คเอาต์ ได้ไม่เกินเที่ยง -ไม่มีน้ำเปล่าบริการในห้องพัก มีเพียงขวดแก้วสำหรับกรอกน้ำบริการไว้ อ้างว่ารักโลก แต่ทางโรงแรมควรกรอกน้ำใส่ขวดแก้ว 2 ขวด บริการในห้องพักเลย

พนักงานดีงาม แต่ที่จอดรถน้อยไปหน่อยถ้าไปจอดอีกที่เสียเงินแพง อยู่

ที่พักสบาย พนักงานพูดจาน่ารัก ราคาถูกมาก พักมาหลายสาขา เทวาทองหล่อ

บริการดีมาก ห้องก็สะอาด ประทับใจค่ะ

Good place to stay with a nice location. Breakfast was totally awesome. Car parking is quite narrow but it would be great if there is any sign in front of the hotel for noticing. The staff was very nice with a warm welcoming. Thank you for a great experience

Room is very clean, I book 3 nights from 13th - 16h February, but due to some reason I came 2 days earlier accidentally. But the guy at the front desk is very helpfully to arrange the changes with agent and I may stay before agent agree with the changes. So I got the room for that night without any difficulties. They arrange the changes with agent without me, Thank you Kokotel for the very good service.

Everything was perfect except the staffs.. Especially the receptionist at night! Staffs are not so friendly.. But the receptionist at midnight is so rude ! Really rude.. My friend asked him if me and my other friends are inside of the room, because she didn’t know if we already there.. And I forgot to mention my friend is one of the guests in that room! He answered her I don’t know and you are not allowed to go up!!! He didn’t even call our room if we were inside so my friend can go up since she is also a guest and when we came back from the tour, my other friends bought beer outside they asked that receptionist if its okay to bring the beer upstairs because they are also guests, but the receptionist answered them very rudely he said so? I don’t care! We booked party room but because of that receptionist we just booked 1 night.. We hate rude people!
