We had a lovely days while staying there. Smile of every Amari staffs is remarkable as well as the services.

有从 Central Festival 到酒店的班车服务。很方便，工作人员很有礼貌，服务很好。住宿环境干净，设施齐全。房间非常漂亮。厨房设备齐全，烤箱，杯子，勺子，盘子，碗。有一台大冰箱。您可以在房间里做饭和吃饭。游泳池美丽、干净、安静。我印象非常深刻。

ข้อดี : โรงแรมตกแต่งสวยงาม ภายในห้องพักตกแต่งโดยโทนสีขาวดำ โมเดิร์น ดูสบายตาและทันสมัย ได้พักห้องที่วิวสวยมาก พนักงานดูแลเอาใจใส่ สอบถามดีค่ะ ข้อเสีย : ที่จอดรถแคบและมีที่ว่างไม่เพียงพอแก่ลูกค้า เรื่องอาหารเช้า อาหารหมด แก้ว จาน ช้อนส้อมหมด พนักงานไม่เช็ค และไม่เติม ลูกค้าต้องคอยบอกคอยถาม

ตู้เย็นมีกลิ่นอับ แต่โดยรวมคือดีมาก

ห้องเล็กเกินไปค่ะ...ไม่มีระเบียบ

房间干净、新，距离大海不远，私密性好。

Excellent service, good facilities, nice view from the room but unfortunately when we get in the room we found full can of trash and then we call reception it’s been for a while nobody came till I have to make a second call then the housekeeper come to clean it. Inside wardrobe so dusty, luckily I book only 1 night so I can leave my belongings on the floor.

Great room facilities and good service, location quite hard to go by walk.

ห้องพักสวยสะอาดค่ะ แต่มีกลิ่นอับนิดนึงค่ะ พนักงานบริการดีมาก และอาหารอร่อยค่ะ มีส่วนเล่นน้ำสำหรับเด็กดีค่ะ

Great place to stay, the room is clean and nice

The room was great, hotel upgraded for me. Unfortunately, the pillow were too soft for me and the hotel doesn't have other kind of pillows.

We stayed in 1 bedroom suite. Good design, decoration, and service. But cleaning was terrible. We requested high floor. They assigned us for 6th floor. We entered and found dust everywhere in the room, like no one stayed there for a long time. They moved us to 8th floor. It was better than the previous one, less dust but hairs on the floor?! Such a waste for good design hotel! Once opened the fridge, smell rotten cheese so strong left in the fridge! We couldn't use and open it! Smudge on tap in kitchen and bathroom, like they used uncleaned wet towel and left stain after dry. It's not kind of cleaning for hotel standard.
