首先，要说说前台接待员法兹鲁先生，他非常友好热情，人也特别好。虽然是第一次见面，但感觉就像老朋友一样。其次，房间简直太棒了！房间里居然还有游泳池，真是太完美了！离开房间的时候我真的非常不舍，因为这里就像家一样温馨舒适。非常感谢客房服务人员把房间打扫得干净整洁。早餐也很棒，种类丰富，而且味道也很好。

一切都很顺利，非常棒，但是房间外面的蒸汽房里，我注意到至少有十几个“查理”（指身材矮小、面色苍白的人）。更糟糕的是，我的小儿子游泳后眼睛对氯过敏，又肿又痛。不过，这仍然是我在槟城度过的最棒的假期。最后，工作人员非常友好，总是面带微笑。

最好住在这里，只是要小心查理蚁。

酒店外的餐馆有点远，不过你可以用 Grab Food 点餐。

生米，但价格很高。

酒店不错，房间宽敞，适合家庭或情侣度假。感谢前台热情周到的服务。

办理入住时，前台接待员热情友好，所有员工都非常周到。房间干净整洁，维护得很好。唯一的不足之处是，我注意到私人泳池附近有一些小蚂蚁。除此之外，我的住宿体验总体来说非常愉快。

唯一让我不太满意的是通往26层的电梯……如果想去26层，只有一侧有电梯可用……除此之外，体验非常棒。

好的，我的孩子们很喜欢这个假期

This is my fourth stay. I think that explains it all haha

1) Location very far from Georgetown. 2) check in requesting lots of data including email address? 3) check out at 11am ya, late rm50 charges? 4) Iron board bended terribly hardly to be used. 5) Maintenance staff when requested to come to room - 2x calling waiting nothing happened, lastly going down to lobby to get the services done. 6) The swim pool cold water. 7) Sauna /steam room have to wait 2 - 4 hours to get the heated room ready. 8) The beach not so attractive for swimming. Not even being beautified. 9) Few lift being shut down at night. And lift quite slow too. The only thing chosen this hotel because of family vacation that need 2 king bed and private pool in a room. So far all good, staff friendly, service only unable to provide plate, spoon & fork. They are giving disposable but limited request.

Very fast, two nights in the hotel were gone. Very relaxing in the hotel, but surrounding the hotel, there aren't many restaurants that can let my kids eat. But that breakfast has many choices depending on the Port Dickson Lexis Suite.
