Nice hotel because not so many hotel at Semenyih

Aircond tak sejuk dan air tak ada.

Just a basic hotel, nothing special since it was work trip.

Plug point yang disediakan cuma satu sahaja, perlu ada tambahan sekurang kurangnya 2 point untuk kegunaan pelanggan.

Ianya berbaloi dengan harganya. Cuma WiFi agak slow.

In this small town, still got a hotel with good location and the hotel is clean and staffs are friendly.

I'm feeling disappointed with the environment, cleanliness and service quality. I was booking the room for my parent vacation. When we check in, the front desk lady show the unpleasant face to us. Once we step in the room assigned, the floor not clean, smelly toilet, dirty wall and dusty table. I booked 2 nights in one receipt but we need to check in again in the next day. I'm just curious, what kind of management was? Even i'm not the rich man, I've been staying lots of hotel around the world, thus is the first time that I encounter this. This is the first and last time stay in this hotel.

This hotel is lousy and not good. The service and person in charge are very bad. They like don't want to run a business. The owner of this hotel should provide proper training.

They did not clean my room for 2 night with very poor room service. I do not recommend for everyone.

The room was slightly clean at first but there were insects during our stay and the service was horrible because they did not even clean up our room, especially since the garbage bin was lidless. We did not book any breakfast/meal (if there was any). The location was pretty good since it's near some essential stores and restaurants, although we had to cross the road and there were not zebra crosses.

Rooms are not packed, there are insects, the plug is not repaired

The hotel is new and clean. We had a comfortable stay there. There are quite a number eating places around the hotel. Bank and supermarket just within walking distance.Worth staying there
